Abstract
U ovom radu opisana je važnost menadžmenta, kako danas tako i kroz cjelokupnu povijest čovječanstva. Kao pojam menadžment nije samo ekonomski pojam, zato ga različiti autori definiraju na različite načine koji će biti opisani u drugom poglavlju rada. Zatim su opisane razine menadžmenta, njihove specifičnosti, razlike i problemi s kojima se suočavaju. Također, svaka razina menadžmenta svoje vrijeme troši na svih pet funkcija menadžmenta, ali na neke više, a na druge manje, ovisno o samoj... More razini. Opisivanje menadžerskih funkcija prikazano je u nastavku poglavlja. Opisane su funkcije planiranja, organiziranja, vođenja, kontroliranja i upravljanja ljudskim resursima. U nastavku rada razrađuje se najvažnija funkcija prema mišljenju mnogih autora, a to je menadžment ljudskih resursa. Definiran je menadžment ljudskih resursa u užem i širem i prikazana je njegova prisutnost u mnogim drugim znanostima kao što su sociologija i psihologija. Također opisana je kao znanstvena disciplina, menadžerska funkcija i zadaća, poslovna funkcija i specifična filozofija i pristup menadžmentu. U nastavku rada nalaze se prikaz unutarnjih i vanjskih čimbenika koji utječu menadžment ljudskih resursa. U zadnjem poglavlju vidi se kompleksnost i višedimenzionalnost menadžmenta ljudskih resursa. Ciljevi su podijeljeni u četiri skupine, uži poslovni ciljevi, ekonomski ciljevi, socijalni ciljevi i ciljevi fleksibilnosti i promjena. Less
Abstract (english)
In this paper the importance of management is described, both today and throughout the history of mankind. As a term management is not only an economic term, therefore different authors define it in different ways that will be described in the second chapter of the work. After that, levels of management are described, their specificities, differences and problems they face. Also, each level of management spends its time on all five functions of management, but more on some, and to... More others less, depending on the level itself. The description of managerial functions is shown in the continuation of the chapter. The functions of planning, organizing, managing, controlling and human resources management are described. The most important function of the opinion of many authors is elaborated in the continuation of the paper, which is the human resources management. Human resources management is defined in the narrow and wider, and its presence in many other sciences such as sociology and psychology . It has also been described as scientific discipline, managerial function and task, business function and specific philosophy and approach to management. In the following section, an overview of internal and external factors influencing the management of human resources is presented. In the last chapter we see the complexity and multidimensionality of human resource management.
