The subject of this final work is the modern instruments in business communication. Development of civilization is also the development of communication and communication studies. Today's communication would be completely unimaginable 500 years ago and the communication that was then used is completely unimaginable today. Communication has a major role in the life of every individual both in the private and business life so it is almost impossible to live without communication. Communication with each individual reveals his thoughts, feelings, attitudes and emotions. Business communication contributes to the connectivity and networking of business entities that can make business relationships. It is almost impossible to imagine a business world without communication in any form because an individual can not succeed alone without contact with others. As technique and technology have developed, technological progress is also evident. From the initial communication, signs that people communicate with to communication through a computer or cell phone. Today, almost everybody has mobile phones and computers that can communicate with other people at any time, irrelevant to what part of the world it is. The first part of this paper is devoted in general to communication, its processes and principles. The rest of the paper speaks about the types and forms of business communication, the obstacles in business communication, and the types of modern instruments in business communication. In order to get a better picture of modern instruments in business communication, there are some examples of business communication are in the paper.
