Abstract
Tema ovoga završnog rada je analiza Proračuna grada Đakova, kao i upoznavanje s osnovama upravno-teritorijalne podjele Republike Hrvatske. Rad obuhvaća poglavlja o pojmu i strukturi jedinica lokalne i regionalne samouprave u Republici Hrvatskoj, njihovim proračunima te o gradu Đakovu kao subjektu čiji je proračun tema analiziranja. Kroz rad su dana i dodatna pojašnjenja vezanih pojmova koji bi mogli doprinjeti boljem razumijevanju iznesenih činjenica i podataka. Dakle, prvi dio rada sastoji se od teorijskog pojašnjavanja i uvođenja čitatelja u tematiku rada, dok je u drugom dijelu rada iznesena detaljna analiza proračuna grada Đakova kroz njegove prihodovne i rashodovne strane u razdoblju od 2015. do 2017. godine i njihovo međusobno sučeljavanje. Na samom kraju rada obrađena je strategija razvoja grada Đakova te su dani savjeti za njihovo što uspješnije provođenje.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this final work is an analysis of the Budget of the City of Đakovo, as well as acquainting the basis of the administrative and territorial division of the Republic of Croatia. The paper covers chapters on the concept and structure of units of local and regional self government in the Republic of Croatia, their calculations and about the City of Đakovo as a subject whose budget is the subject of analysis. Through the paper are also given, additional explanations of related terms that could contribute to a better understanding of the facts and data presented. Thus, the first part of the paper consists of theoretical clarification and introduction of the reader into the topic of work, while in the second part the detailed analysis of the budget of the City of Đakovo is presented through its revenue and expenditure side in the period from 2015 to 2017 and their interrelationship. At the very end of the work, the strategy for the development of the City of Đakovo was elaborated and the days given to them for their successful implementation
