Abstract
Poslovanje u suvremenom vremenu okarakterizirano je brzim protokom informacija, robe i kapitala. Globalizacija je temeljni proces koji je promijenio brojne sfere ljudskog života, pa i poslovanja. Poslovni subjekti u današnjem vremenu moraju biti spremni na konstantne promjene koje se događaju na području poslovanja, a kao glavne karakteristike današnjeg doba ističu se neizvjesnost i promjene. Zbog povezivanja i zbog procesa globalizacije, potaknut je trend globalnog širenja tržišta. Širenje tržišta donijelo je razinu poslovanja koja prelazi nacionalne granice država, zbog čega sve više na značaju dobiva međunarodni menadžment. Međunarodni menadžment odnosi se na poslovanje u različitim državama i različitim gospodarskim uvjetima, među različitim skupinama ljudi te u velikim geografskim udaljenostima. Okolina međunarodnog menadžmenta obuhvaća četiri dimenzije. Radi se o ekonomskoj, političkoj i pravnoj te tehnološkoj dimenziji. U ovom će se radu obraditi navedene dimenzije i prikazati njihovi ključni faktori koji se moraju uzeti obzir u međunarodnom poslovanju.
Abstract (english)
Business in modern world is characterized by rapid flow of information, goods and capital. Globalization is a fundamental process that has changed many spheres of human life, including business. Businesses nowadays must be ready for constant changes. The main characteristics of the present time are uncertainty and change. Because of the globalization, markets are expanding and business are expanding across the national boundaries of the countries. International management refers to the business in different countries and different economic conditions, in different groups of people and in large geographic distances. Environment of international management includes four dimensions - economic, political, legal and technological dimension. This paper will present all four dimensions and the key factors in the international business.
