In this final paper, business ethics and its impact on business operations will be discussed. Business ethics is a system of fundamentals values and determines the rules of individual, social and organizational behavior of the organization. In the first part of the work, morality will also be defined more precisely because it is one of the indispensable elements of ethics, as well as the value of business ethics and ethical norms and theories. In the second part of the paper, ethical morality will be explained, which can be said to be the framework within which to move and thus make it easier for itself to operate in increasingly difficult market conditions. In every business there is regularity, but also the negative side of irregularities that negatively affect business and that give the public a negative picture of a particular company. Positive examples are explained in this paper through business activities of INA joint stock company and DM. INA is one of the most desirable employers in the Republic of Croatia, and DM has been declared as an employer of the year for six times. Negative business examples were explored through the activities of Volkswagen and Siemens. Volkswagen has been charged with the fact that the amount of exhaust fumes from their cars is higher than the values recorded, and Siemens was at a disadvantage because members of the Board participated in criminal activities. These two negative business companies are examples of where the desire for profit is greater than ethical behavior and business. Companies in the Republic of Croatia are trying to adapt faster and better to the markets and for this reason a corporate social responsibility, which is explained in the last stage of the paper, is being introduced.
