Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je objasniti financijske izvještaje i metode analize financijskih izvještaja. Završni rad obuhvaća pojmove i postupke analize financijskih izvještaja na primjeru Romoscommerca iz Osijeka. U današnje vrijeme računovodstvo postaje sve značajnije i bez kvalitetnih i konkretnih informacija o poslovanju poduzeća, nije moguće kvalitetno upravljati poslovanjem i razvojem poduzeća. Pomoću financijskih izvještaja koja će se obraditi u ovom radu, menadžment dobiva sve potrebne... More informacije i u skladu s njima postupa na ispravan način. Na temelju izvršene financijske analize menadžment saznaje koliko su uspješno poslovali, i što se može očekivati u raspodjeli rezultata. Temeljni financijski izvještaji se analiziraju svake godine a po potrebi i češće kako bi se mogla pratiti vlastita financijska situacija. Less
Abstract (english)
The goal is to explain the term of analysis of financial statement and certain methods of analysis. Final paper covers basic instruments and procedures of analysis of financial statement report on example of Romos-commerce d.o.o. in Osijek. Nowadays, accounting becomes increasingly important, with no quality and concrete information about business operations, it is not possible to manage quality business and business development. By using the financial statements that will be... More covered in this paper, management gets all the information needed and accordingly manages it in the correct way. Based on the conducted financial analysis, management learns how well they have been and what can be expected in the distribution of results.
