Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je „ Kako se boriti s tamnom stranom poduzetništva“. Pojmovi koji se mogu istaknuti su poduzetnik i problemi s kojima se susreće. Rad je podjeljen u dva dijela. U prvom dijelu rada bit će objašnjen pojam poduzetnika, te karakteristike koje bi trebao posjedovati za uspješno vođenje poduzeća. Najvažnija osobina poduzetnika je motivirati ljude, odnosno usmjeravati iz prema željenom cilju. Rad s različitim ljudima također donosi i stres i rizik koji su u ovom poglavlju detaljno opisani. Svaki radnik ima svoje interese u poslovanju, ali i svoje potrebe. Upravo to će biti opisano kroz Maslowljevu „teoriju hijerarhije potreba“ i Glasserovu„teoriju izbora“. Drugi dio rada pod nazivom „Psihologija u poslovnom okruženju“ objašnjava kako otkloniti problem kada se pojavi u poduzeću. Na samom kraju rada opisan je pojam „lošeg“ poduzetnika, te kada stvari krenu u krivom smjeru,kako ih popraviti
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is “How to fight with dark side of entrepreneurship”. Key-words in the paper are entrepreneur and certain problems one encounters. The paper is divided into two parts. The first part of the paper explains the term entrepreneur as well as the characteristics one should possess to successfully manage an organization. The most important characteristic of an entrepreneur is being able to motivate other people, i.e. guide them to the desired objective. This chapter also provides a detailed description of how constant work with different people causes a certain amount of stress and risk. Every employee has its own interests and needs in a business, which will be elaborated with the help of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and Second part of the paper is called Business Psychology and reports on how to resolve issues in an organization. At the very end of the paper, the problematics of a “bad” entrepreneur will be described and how to handle problems once they arise.
