Abstract
U središtu završnog rada nalazi se Europska unija i njena povijest, proširenja te zajedničke politike koje postoje već dugi niz godina. Počeci Europske unije vežu se za kraj Drugog svjetskog rata kako bi se uspostavio mir i zajednička suradnja zaraćenih zemalja. Kroz svoju povijest apetiti Unije su rasli pa se tako i ona počela širiti. Sveukupno do sada Europska unija imala je sedam proširenja. U radu su opisane zajedničke politike Europske unije, a najviše se baziralo na monetarnoj... More politici Europske unije koja ima određenu strategiju kojom se ona provodi, tko provodi tu politiku te koji su njezini instrumenti i agregati. Monetarnu politiku dijelimo na ekspanzivnu te fiskalnu koje se postižu raznim instrumentima. Agregati koji se nalaze u monetarnom politici su agregat M1, M2 te agregat M3. Monetarnu politiku Europske unije provodi Europska centralna banka. Također opisuje se i Europska monetarna unija. Monetarna unija predstavlja zemlje koje imaju zajedničku valutu euro. kako bi neka zemlja ušla u monetarnu uniju mora ispuniti niz strogih kriterija. Kod valute razlikujemo novčanice te kovanice eura. Sve države članice Europske unije imaju zajednički proračun iz kojega mogu povlačiti sredstva kako bi mogle provoditi različite projekte koje ne mogu financirati iz vlastitih proračuna. Less
Abstract (english)
At the center of this paper is the European Union, its history, extensions and common policies that have existed for many years. The beginnings of the European Union are tied to the end of the Second World War to establish peace and co-operation between the warring countries. Through its history, the desires of the Union have grown and so the expansion of the Union began. So far, the European Union has had seven extensions. The paper describes the common policy of the European... More Union and is mostly based on the monetary policy of the European Union which has a specific strategy to implement it, who carries out that policy and which are its instruments and aggregates. Monetary policy is divided into expansive and fiscal policies that are achieved by various instruments. Aggregates in monetary policy are M1, M2 and M3 aggregates. Monetary policy of the European Union is carried out by the European Central Bank. The paper discusses the European Monetary Union as well. The Monetary Union represents countries that have a common euro currency. In order for a country to enter the monetary union, a number of strict criteria must be met. In the currency is divided into banknotes and coins of the euro.
