Abstract
Predmet ovog završnog rada jesu suvremena sredstva poslovne komunikacije. Bez pravilnog načina komuniciranja teško je iskomunicirati ono što je zamišljeno, odnosno potrebno je pravilno komunicirati kako bi bili kompetitivni i kako bi opstali u današnjem izrazito kompetitivnom svijetu. S razvojem Interneta i raznih tehnologija, poduzeća su postala domišljatija i inovativnija njihovim korištenjem i ulaganjem u iste. Pomoću novih tehnologija i Interneta pomažu razvoj svojih poduzeća i organizacija te olakšavaju općenito svoje poslovanje kroz bolju i unaprijeđenu komunikaciju unutar samih organizacija tj. poduzeća i menadžmenta. Danas, u poslovnom svijetu, najčešće se koriste sredstva komunikacije kao što su: Internet, elektronička pošta, web stranice, društvene mreže, mobilne aplikacije i internetski forumi. Cilj završnog rada, je opsežnije objasniti poslovnu komunikaciju zbog toga što je i komunikacija kao takva, nezaobilazna u životu, u privatnom, a posebno u poslovnom.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this final work is the modern types of business communication. Without a proper way of communicating, it is difficult to communicate what we eant to, apropos it is necessary to communicate properly in order to be competitive and to survive in today's highly competitive world. With the development of the Internet and various technologies and by the usage and investment into them, companies have become more creative and innovative. With the help of new technologies and the Internet, they work on development of their businesses and organizations, and generally facilitate their business through better and improved communication within organizations such as enterprise and management. Today, in the business world, most commonly used communication channels are: Internet, email, websites, social networks, mobile applications and online forums. The aim of the final work is to explain business communication more comprehensively because communication as such is unavoidable in a private life, and especially in a business life.
