Abstract
U radu su analizirane osnovne odrednice strateškog upravljanja, na primjeru poduzeća INA d.d., važne za razvoj i izgradnju konkurentske prednosti. Radom se ukazuje da poduzeće koje ima strategiju utemeljenu na strateškoj analizi ostvaruje konkurentsku prednost. U radu su analizirani čimbenici iz okruženja, kao i najčešće snage i slabosti te prilike i prijetnje poduzeća INA d.d. This paper analyzes the basic determinants of strategic management, for example INA d.d., important for the development and creation of competitive advantages. The paper indicates that a company that choose a strategy based on a strategic analysis can gain a competitive advantage faster than others.
