Abstract
Komunikacija je najjednostavnije rečeno razmjena informacija, ideja i osjećaja koji se izražavaju verbalnim ili neverbalnim putem. Komunikacija je jedan od osnovnih elemenata ljudske kulture koju ljudi koriste kako bi učinili svoj društveni, poslovni i bilo kakav drugi oblik suživota praktičnijim i jednostavnijim. U današnjem svijetu, ne postoji djelatnost u kojem nije potreban nekakav oblik komuniciranja, ukorijenjena je u sve sfere života te je kao takva vitalan dio međuljudskih odnosa.... More Cilj komuniciranja jest prenijeti željenu informaciju na sugovornika, no pri tome se treba držati određenih postulata i poznavati i poštivati kulturne raznolikosti kako bi ispravno komunicirali. U poslovnom svijetu kvalitetna informacija predstavlja kapital, dok u društvenom svijetu, neispravno ili neadekvatno komuniciranje može uzrokovati velike probleme. Svaki čovjek komunicira na svoj, poseban i unikatan način te se ljudska osobnost kroz komunikaciju očituje upravo u različitosti. Cilj komunikacije je da se ta različitost ne ograničava nego razvija kroz interakcije s ljudima. U radu će biti definirani pojmovi kulture, komunikacije te njihov odnos i posljedice u društvenom i poslovnom okruženju, s ciljem boljeg razumijevanja odnosa komunikacije i kulture. Less
Abstract (english)
Communication is the simplest way of exchanging information, ideas and feelings that are expressed verbally or nonverbally. Communication is one of the basic elements of human culture that people use to make their social, business and any other form of coexistence more convenient and simpler. In today's world, every activity needs communication which is rooted in all spheres of life, it is a vital part of interpersonal relationships. The purpose of communication is to transmit the... More desired information to the interlocutor, but it is necessary to stick to the rules, to know and respect cultural diversity in order to communicate properly. In the business world, quality information is a valuable asset, while in the social world, improper or inadequate communication can cause major problems. Every man communicates in his own unique way, and diversity is manifested through communication . The purpose of communication is that diversity is not limited, but it should develop through interaction with people. Culture, communication, their interaction and consequences in the social and business environment will be defined in this paper with the intention that it would lead to better understanding of the connection between communication and culture.
