Abstract
Funkcije menadžmenta predstavljaju aktivnosti kojima menadžeri nastoje uspješno i kvalitetno upravljati poduzećem. Funkcije menadžmenta su: planiranje, organiziranje, vođenje i motiviranje, kontroliranje, upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima. Funkcije menadžmenta dovode do normalnog funkcioniranja poduzeća, ukoliko se postigne ravnoteža između svih funkcija. Planiranjem se promišlja o budućnosti i definiraju se ciljevi, koje menadžment sa svojim podređenima želi ostvariti. Po završetku... More planiranja kreće se u organizaciju rada unutar organizacijske strukture. Kako bi se uspješno proveli ciljevi potrebno je voditi i motivirati podređene sve do kraja, dok ne dobiju nagradu za dolazak do cilja. Kontrola predstavlja ogledalo planiranja, odnosno pokazuje kolika su odstupanja od planiranoga. Upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima predstavlja zahtjevnu funkciju, jer se radi o shvaćanju zaposlenika i kreiranju uvjeta rada unutar poduzeća, pri čemu je potrebno uskladiti očekivanja i mogućnosti poduzeća i zaposlenika. Management functions are activities that managers are trying to successfully and effectively manage the enterprise. The management functions are: planning, organizing, managing and motivating, controlling, managing human resources. Management functions lead to normal functioning of the company, if balance between all functions is achieved. Planning focuses on the future and defines the goals that management intends to achieve with their subordinates. At the end of the planning, the... More organization is organized within the organizational structure. In order to successfully accomplish the goals it is necessary to guide and motivate the subordinates until they reach the end, until they get the prize to reach the goal. Control represents the planning mirror, ie it indicates the deviations from the planned.
