Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu glavni naglasak je stavljen na sistematizaciju radnih mjesta i sustav nagrađivanja zaposlenika kroz materijalne i ne materijalne kompenzacije. U radu se definiraju pojmovi od onog općeg pojam organizacijske strukture, prema specifičnom pojam sistematizacije radnog mjesta. U nastavku rada objašnjen je proces oblikovanja radnog mjesta, povezanost radnih mjesta, procjena i sistematizacija kao i pojam motivacije, te sustav nagrađivanja zaposlenika kroz materijalne i ne... More materijalne kompenzacije. Prvi dio rada odnosi se na teorijske činjenice, dok se drugi dio rada odnosi na primjenu teorije u praksi, na primjeru poduzeća Pan Parket d.o.o. Cilj je ovog rada kritički i detaljno objasniti sistematizaciju radnih mjesta kao i sustav nagrađivanja zaposlenika kroz teoretski tako i u praksi navedenoga poduzeća. Less
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, the main emphasis is placed on the systematization of jobs and the system of rewarding employees through material and non-material compensation. The paper defines terms from that general term of the organizational structure, according to the specific concept of systematization of the workplace. The paper deals with the process of job creation, job integration, assessment and systematization as well as the notion of motivation, as well as the system of rewarding employees... More through material and non-material compensation. The first part of the paper relates to theoretical facts, while the second part of the paper refers to the application of theory in practice, for example, Pan Pannet d.o.o. The aim of this paper is to critically and thoroughly explain the systematization of jobs as well as the employee reward system through the theoretical and practical practice of the above mentioned company.
