Abstract
Tema diplomskog rada je primjena bespilotnih zrakoplova u Republici Hrvatskoj te ukazivanje na potencijalno korištenje istih. Bespilotni zrakoplovi su prilično ograničeni upotrebnom u našoj zemlji, pa se iz istog razloga istraživanjem namjerava prikazati nove načine njihove uporabe, koje bi značajno pomogle u neizvjesnim situacijama naše svakidašnjice. Cilj je diplomskog ukazati i na problematiku pravne regulative bespilotnih letjelica u Republici Hrvatskoj te konstantne izmjene pravilnika za njihovo rukovanje. Nije nepoznanica kako je svakodnevno moguće naići na različite članke i informacije koji opisuju vrlo opasne posljedice korištenja bespilotnih letjelica po ljudsku slobodu i čovječanstvo općenito. Rad ističe pozitivne strane bespilotnih letjelica, način, odnosno proces registracije kako bismo istima mogli upravljati, ali i problematiku pravne regulative bespilotnih letjelica Republike Hrvatske. Rad naglašava te istražuje jedan od najpozitivnijih primjera primjene bespilotnih zrakoplova izvan granica Republike Hrvatske. Korake koji su potrebni kako bi se moglo rukovati bespilotnim zrakoplovom su prikazani putem ARIS platforme, te provedeni kroz EPC i BPMN dijagram.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this master's thesis is application of unmanned aerial vehicle in the Republic of Croatia and exploration of possible uses of the aforementioned vehicles. The use of unmanned aerial vehicles is limited in said country, which is the prime motive of the research aimed at exploration of the various ways they can be used in different everyday situations. The goal of this master's thesis is to point out the problematic of regulatory rules when it comes to unmanned aerial vehicles in the Republic of Croatia and the constant changes in bylaws concerning the handling of said vehicles. It is not unusual to come across newspaper articles and various sorts of information on the supposed harmful consequences of use of unmanned aerial vehicles on individual freedom and humanity in general. The intention is to point out the positive sides of use of unmanned aerial vehicles, possible ways of licencing said vehicles, but also the problematics of regulatory laws concerning these vehicles in the Republic of Croatia. The thesis emphasises some of the most positive applications of unmanned aerial vehicles outside of the Republic of Croatia. The steps needed to handle these vehicles will be displayed using the ARIS platform, and EPC and BPMN diagrams.
