Abstract
Prema Jessenu, Hessenu i Weberu tržište predstavlja sučeljavanje ponude i potražnje. Iz toga se može zaključiti da je tržište mjesto na kojem kupci kao predstavnici potražnje i prodavači kao predstavnici ponude obavljaju razmjenu svojih dobara. Međutim, ta definicija je odgovarala za ono vrijeme kada tržište nije bilo kompleksno niti nesigurno, tj. kada se ono temeljilo na kupoprodaji robe na određenom mjestu. Razvoj društva doveo je do razvoja tržišta, što je rezultiralo pojavom... More različitih kompleksnijih definicija tržišta. Sve do 1930-ih godina dvadesetog stoljeća, ekonomisti su dijelili tržište na tri tržišna tipa, a to su bili: savršena konkurencija, monopol i državna intervencija. Danas postoje četiri tržišne strukture: savršena konkurencija, monopolistička konkurencija, monopol i oligopol. U savršenoj i monopolističkoj konkurenciji radi se o više poduzeća, koji čine tržište velikom “šahovskom pločom” za poduzeća, no oligopol i monopol su ona poduzeća koja najviše utječu na kupčeve želje i potrebe te mijenjaju cijelo tržište. Nadalje, prema dodatnim istraživanjima i pronađenim te analiziranim podacima različitih autora, postoje i druge vrste konkurencije te one smatrane više istaknutima, nabrojane su i objašnjene. U ovom radu teorijski su obrađene navede tržišne strukture te su objašnjeni drugi tipovi konkurencije popraćeni primjerima iz prakse. Abstract (english)
According to J. Jessen, A. Hesse, A. Weber, the market represents the confrontation of supply and demand. From this, it can be deduced that the market is the place where the buyer and the seller act on the exchange of their goods by supply and demand. However, that definition corresponded to the time when the market was not complex or uncertain, ie. when it was based on the sale of goods at a particular place.Development of the society led to market development, which resulted... More in the emergence of different complex market definitions.. Until the 1930’s of 20th century, economists divided the market into three market types, which were perfect competition, monopoly and state intervention. Today there are four market structures: perfect competition, monopolistic competition, monopoly and oligopoly. In a perfect and monopolistic competition, there are more companies that make the market a big "chess" for companies, but the oligopoly and monopoly are the ones that affect the most customers' wishes and needs and are changing the whole market. Furthermore, according to additional research and data found by different authors, there are other types of competition, which are considered more prominent, listed and explained. In this work theoretical concepts of the market structure are explained and other types of competition are illustrated with examples from practice.
