Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu ukratko će se objasniti pojmovi poduzetnički poduhvat, investicije i budžetiranje kapitala. Prikazana je podjela poduzetničkih poduhvata po grupama. Ujedno su prikazane faze kroz koje poduzeća prolaze prilikom pretvaranja poslovne ideje u poslovni poduhvat. Definiran je pojam investicija te samo klasificiranje investicija po grupama. Praktični dio ovog diplomskoga rada bazirati će se na projektu poduzeća Cali Inc. d.o.o. Poduzeće Cali Inc. d.o.o. je u polovičnom... More vlasništvu autora ovog rada. Analiza cijelog projekta nakon završetka prvog perioda poslovanja pokazuje detaljne rezultate i analize troškova. Tokom cijelog rada ukazuje se na poslovne prednosti s kojima se poduzeće susreće. Diplomski rad prikazuje i pojedine poteškoće prilikom poslovanja na području Republike Hrvatske. Izvršena je analiza prihoda dosadašnjeg poslovanja. Prikazana je projekcija aktivnog projekta poduzeća, a izračunate su i stope povrata na investiciju. Nadalje, analizirani su budući projekti poslovanja poduzeća Cali Inc. d.o.o. , a prezentirana je i ideja za novi poduzetnički poduhvat. Less
Abstract (english)
In this thesis these terms will be briefly explained: entrepreneurial venture, investments, capital budgeting. The division of entrepreneurial ventures are presented by a group. The phases that companies go through turning business ideas into a business ventures are presented. The term investment is defined and classified by groups. Practical part of this thesis will be based on a Cali Inc. d.o.o. company's project. Company Cali Inc. d.o.o. is co-owned by the author of this thesis.... More He presented the project simultaneously from both the first and third faces. Analysis of the whole project after the end of the first business period shows detailed results and cost analysis. The business benefits the company faces are presented throughout this whole thesis. The thesis also shows some difficulties in doing business in the Republic of Croatia. The income analysis of the past business activity has been done. An active project of the company was presented. Investment return rates were calculated. The future business projects of Cali Inc. d.o.o. were analyzed. An idea for a new entrepreneurial venture was also presented. Less
