Abstract
Postupak kojim se istražuje ponašanje nekog objekta ili odvijanje pojave na fizičkom ili računalnom modelu naziva se simulacija, a ona se provodi kada je rad na objektu jako zahtjevan, skup ili kada objekt još ne postoji. Simulacijski modeli izrađuju se pomoću poslovnih alata koji mogu biti opće namjene ili specijalizirani programi. Najpoznatiji simulacijski programi opće namjene su Arena i Plant Simulation, dok su istraženi programi specijalizirane namjere koji služe istraživanju energije... More DOE-2, EnergyPlus, TRNSYS i ESP-r U ovom se radu daje usporedba i analiza prednosti i nedostataka modela za optimizaciju energetske učinkovitosti u zgradama koja se definira kao odnos utrošene energije u procesu i ostvarenog korisnog učinka. Kako bi se postigla energetska učinkovitost u zgradi, potrebno je provesti ključne mjere energetske učinkovitosti koje se mogu odnositi na građevinske mjere te na povećanje broja zgrada s gotovo nultom potrošnjom energije. Kada bi se provele mjere energetske učinkovitosti, slijedi energetsko certificiranje zgrada koje se sastoji od energetskog pregleda, izrade izvješća o energetskom pregledu te izdavanju energetskog certifikata. Simulacijski modeli za smanjenje troškove energije u zgradama kategoriziraju se na modele crnih, sivih i bijelih kutija te na detaljnu kalibraciju. Također, postoje i dvije osnovne vrste oblika modeliranja koje se koriste za predviđanje i analizu različitih učinaka korištenja energije u zgradama: bottom-up i top-down pristup. Još uvijek se ovakvi modeli ne koriste u dovoljno širokoj upotrebi zbog čestih razlika između stvarnog i simulacijskog modela, što dovodi do nepovjerenja ljudi u korištenje takvih alata, no buduća poboljšanja alata će zasigurno povećati korištenje i povjerenje u simulacijske alate. Abstract (english)
A procedure to investigate the behavior of an object or occurrence on a physical or computer model is called a simulation and it is performed when work on the object is highly demanding, expensive, or when the objects does not yet exist. Simulation models are made using business tools that can be general purpose or specialized programs. The most popular simulation programs for general purpose are Arena and Plant simulation, while explored special purpose programs that serve the energy... More research DOE-2, EnergyPlus, TRNSYS and ESP-r. This paper gives a comparison and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the energy efficiency model in buildings, which is defined as the ratio of energy consumed in the process and its beneficial effect. It is necessary to implement key energy efficiency measures that can relate to construction measures and to an increase in the number of buildings with almost zero energy consumption. When energy efficiency measures are implemented, energy certification of buildings consisting of energy audits, energy audit reports and energy certificate issuance are followed. Simulation models for reducing energy costs in buildings are categorized on models of black, gray and white boxes and on detailed calibration. Also, there are two basic types of models that are used to predict and analyze the various effects of energy use in buildings: bottom-up and top down access. Such models are still not widely used due to frequent differences between the actual and the simulation model, which leads to a lack of confidence in the use of such tools, but future tool improvements will surely increase the use and confidence in simulation tools.
