Abstract
Neuspjeh pothvata važan je koncept razumijevanja poduzetništva, u smislu njezinih uzroka i posljedica za pojedinog poduzetnika, organizacije i društva u cjelini. Poduzetnici su ljudi skloni riziku koji se moraju znati nositi s neuspjehom. Poduzetnici su kreativni, strastveni, motivirani, fleksibilni, uvjerljivi, usmjereni na budućnost. Oni imaju osjećaj za avanturizam i znaju se snaći te svoje ideje pretvoriti u djelo. Znaju biti organizirani i znaju što im je posao a što treba delegirati.... More Opće je mišljenje da poduzetnici imaju koristi od prethodnih neuspjeha. Kao katalizator daljnjeg razvoja poslovanja, neuspjeh pruža kritične mogućnosti učenja. Nijedna ideja nije iz prve urodila uspjehom. Zato se treba pomiriti s onim neminovnim – da će se nekoliko puta (nekada i stotinu) pokušavati sve dok ideja ne pronađe prvog kupca, klijenta, korisnika. Abstract (english)
The failure of the venture is an important concept for understanding entrepreneurship in terms of its causes and consequences for a particular entrepreneur, organization and society as a whole. Entrepreneurs are people prone to the risk they must be able to cope with failure. Entrepreneurs are creative, passionate, motivated, flexible, persuasive, focused on the future. They have a sense of adventure and know how to turn their ideas into work. They know how to be organized and know what... More their job is and what to delegate. It is generally believed that entrepreneurs benefit from previous failures. As a catalyst for further business development, failure provides critical learning opportunities. No idea came from the first one with success. So you have to reconcile with those inevitable - you will try several times (sometimes a hundred) until the idea finds the first customer, customer, and customer.
