Abstract
Predmet istraživanja ovog specijalističkog poslijediplomskog rada je komunikacijski značaj web sjedišta carine. Naime, internet i srodne tehnologije revolucionirale su mnoge aspekte društva. Za carinu kao državnu instituciju, kao i za mnoge druge sektore, to je donijelo nove marketinške mogućnosti. Internet može uvelike proširiti doseg tvrtke, a internetske tehnologije omogućuju nove stilove komunikacije između društvenih subjekata i njenih ciljanih skupina, uključujući više interaktivni i... More odnos odgovoran prema korisnicima. U sklopu komunikacije između djelatnike carine i gospodarskih subjekata kao korisnika usluge carine, tradicionalno su uključeni kontakti „licem u lice“. Međutim, carinska uprava i ispostave sve više koriste prednosti Interneta kako bi poboljšale svoj marketing i prilike na tržištu. Elektroničko poslovanje uključuje razne strategije, poput videokonferencija, pružanja elektroničkih obrazovnih modula, kao i promicanje dvosmjerne komunikacije, što je važno za podizanje svijesti i spoznaja o značaju i funkcijama carine i upravljanje odnosima s klijentima. Abstract (english)
The subject of this specialty postgraduate study is the communication significance of the Customs Web Site. Namely, the Internet and related technologies have revolutionized many aspects of society. For customs as a state institution, as well as for many other sectors, it has brought new marketing opportunities. The Internet can greatly expand the reach of the company, and Internet technologies allow new styles of communication between social entities and its target groups, including more... More interactive and customer-responsive relationships. As part of the communication between customs officials and economic operators as users of customs services, face-to-face contacts are traditionally included. However, customs administrations and companies increasingly use the benefits of the Internet to improve their marketing and market opportunities. Electronic business involves various strategies, such as video conferencing, the provision of electronic education modules, and the promotion of two-way communication, which is important for raising awareness and understanding of customs significance and functions and customer relationship management.
