Abstract
Porast upotrebe interneta povlači za sobom i novu razinu marketinških aktivnosti koje marketinški stručnjaci trebaju koristiti u poslovanju. U ovom diplomskom radu se ukazuje na glavne razlike između tradicionalnih oblika oglašavanja te nešto novijeg načina oglašavanja odnosno oglašavanja putem interneta koje je zapravo postalo dominantno u području marketinga. U prvim odlomcima rada spominju se marketinške osnove odnosno pojašnjava se što je marketing i koje sve aktivnosti uključuje.... More Zatim se govori o tradicionalnim oblicima oglašavanja te se napominje zašto je oglašavanje uopće važno u poslovanju. Zaključno, ono čemu je najviše pozornosti posvećeno su noviji oblici oglašavanja te se isto odnosi na nove oblike provođenja marketinga. Najviše se pridodalo pažnje na to kako svaki digitalni kontakt možemo iskoristiti kako bi naša poruka stigla do kupca ili krajnjeg potrošača, a također i na svaki oblik kontakta koji kupac ili krajnji potrošač može iskoristiti da bi stupio u kontakt s poduzećem koje ga zanima i to sa samo jednim klikom miša. Navedeno samo potvrđuje jednu davno izrečenu tezu kako je svijet zapravo globalno selo. Možemo reći kako nas je internet zaista približio te uklonio neke od takozvanih granica. Pitanje je koliko je to generalno dobro, no odgovaranjem na to pitanje otvara se mogućnost za neke daljnje rasprave. Less
Abstract (english)
The rise in the use of the internet entails a new level of marketing activities that marketing experts need to use in their business. This graduation paper points out the main differences between traditional forms of advertising and the more recent advertising or Internet advertising that has become dominant in the field of marketing. In the first sections of the paper, it is clarified what marketing is and what are the activities it includes. Then, there are mentioned traditional... More forms of advertising, and it's been said why advertising is important to business. To conclude, most attention is devoted to newer forms of advertising and also to new forms of marketing. Most attention has been paid to how every digital contact can be used to make our message reach the customer or the end consumer, as well as any form of contact that the buyer or the end consumer can use to get in touch with the company that interests him with just one mouse click. This only confirms a long-established thesis that the world is actually a global village. We can say that the Internet really joined us together and removed some of the so-called boundaries. The question remains is that really that good, but answering this question opens up the possibility for further discussion. Less
