Abstract
U ovom završnom radu govorit će se o tome koja je uloga tima u poslovnom sustavu. Danas je gotovo nemoguće zamisliti poduzeće koje nema određene timove za rješavanje nekog problema ili unapređenje poslovanja. Ljudi se okupljaju u timove kako bi mogli kvalitetnije, brže i bolje odraditi određeni zadatak. Timski rad je važan jer ljudi u timu mogu lakše ostvariti neki cilj nego jedan čovjek pojedinačno. Timovi i timski rad postoje oduvijek jer je čovjek oduvijek shvaćao da je lakše nešto odraditi u timu. Uspješan tim daje veliki doprinos poduzeću i načinu poslovanja poduzeća. Da bi tim bio uspješan moraju se odrediti i prihvatiti dodijeljene uloge i članovi moraju biti efikasni i zajedničkim snagama rješavati zadatke.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, we will discuss what is the role of the team in the business system. Today, it is almost impossible to imagine a company that does not have certain teams to solve a problem or improve business. People gather in teams in order to faster and better do a specific task. Teamwork is important because people in the team can more easily achieve a goal than one individual individually. Teams and teamwork have always existed since man has always realized that it is easier to do something in the team. A successful team makes a big contribution to the enterprise and the way businesses operate. In order for the team to be successful, the assigned roles must be determined and accepted, and the members must be efficient and jointly solved tasks.
