In achieving the goals, the company is assisted by its employees who perform the tasks necessary for the work of the company on a daily basis. One of the most effective business models of modern companies today is the team division of labor. Company employees form teams that have specific goals and vision which they want to achieve. Teams are made up of different profiles of people with different knowledge and skills that they use to perform the team’s business tasks. In addition to working together and using the knowledge and skills of each team member, to achieve the goals set before them, it is necessary to develop a creative mindset, and to encourage the creativity of each member and the collective creativity of the team. Teams, through the implementation of creative thinking techniques, come up with creative solutions to problems and ideas for conducting business enterprise activities. Some of the creative thinking techniques are: free association technique, metaphor analysis, activity list analysis model, brainstorming, thought logging, innovative imitation and role play. Creatives, individuals within the company, are the ones who ultimately make the company creative because they, through their attitude to work and personalities, influence the creation of a creative and motivating environment for the teams in the company. The level of creativity of the team and the environment in which team members work depends on the team leaders. Team leaders need to make sure that teams are given enough space and resources to work and work to continuously motivate team members to be as creative and innovative as possible in their work.
