Abstract
Tijekom posljednjih desetljeća gradovi postaju sve važniji pojam zbog procesa urbanizacije. Tako se suočavaju s mnogim problemima za koja treba pronaći pametna rješenja te iz tog razloga nastaje koncept pametnog grada koji će biti detaljno opisan u radu. Pametni gradovi su danas široko korišten pojam, no koliko njih je stvarno pametno i koliko njih primjenjuje pametna rješenja? Svrha rada je odgovoriti na postavljeno pitanje te istražiti što su pametni gradovi i prikazati primjere.... More Detaljno će biti opisan primjer Singapura te njegove usluge i rješenja koja su implementirana u grad. Rezultati istraživanja provedenog u Hrvatskoj prikazuju kako se promjene događaju i kako gradovi primjenjuju pametna rješenja, ali uveliko zaostaju za europskim gradovima i šire. Pametan grad predstavljen je kao model koji se suočava s ključnim problemima koristeći tehnologiju, pametno upravljanje, pametna rješenja i potencijal ljudi. Na taj način se utječe na kvalitetu života građana, učinkovitost gradskih službi, na promet, okoliš, optimalno iskorištavanje resursa, siromaštvo. Potencijal globalne komercijalizacije je njezina mogućnost i sposobnost razvoja korisnih i primjenjivih rješenja na osnovu podataka prikupljenih u stvarnom vremenu. Govori se kako su pametni gradovi nova industrija 21. stoljeća te se može reći kako je to inicijativa za redizajniranje gradova kako bi oni postali pametniji i održiviji. Less
Abstract (english)
Over the past few decades, global cities have become an increasingly important term due to the urbanization process. They face many problems that require smart solutions. Therefore, the concept of a smart city emerged and will be described explained in this paper. Smart cities are a commonly used term today, however, the question is: How many of them are smart and are they implementing smart solutions? The answer to these questions is researched in the paper, by using the examples... More from Croatia and the world. The author will answer and substantiate their claim whether they view the smart city as a myth or as a truth. As an example, services and solutions of Singapore will be described in detail. Furthermore, the results of a survey conducted in Croatia showed how change is happening and how cities are implementing smart solutions, however, they are far behind European cities. Smart City is presented as a model that faces key problems using technology, smart management, smart solutions and people's potential. In this way, it affects the quality of life and its citizens, the efficiency of urban services, transport, the environment, the optimal use of resources and poverty. Smart cities are what some may call ‘a new 21st century industry’, the potential for its global commercialization depends the capability of citizens and nations to utilize them, to create a more sustainable and smarter cities.
