Abstract
Ovaj završni rad obuhvaća temu Zaštite potrošača, iz kolegija Ponašanje potrošača. Svrha ovog rada je analiziranje Zakona o zaštiti potrošača, te raščlanjivanje spomenutog zakona na: Nepoštene odredbe u potrošačkim ugovorima i Nepošteno oglašavanje proizvoda i usluga. Sadržava jasna pravila o sklapanju ugovora na daljinu. Glavni cilj tržišnog natjecanja je formiranje slobodnog i dinamičnog tržišta, te jača opće gospodarsko stanje. Odrednice ZZP-a s europskog tržišta, prijelaze na nacionalno tržište. RH usvaja komponente koje provodi na svome tržištu. Zlouporaba tržišnog natjecanja je nerijetko prisutna, te se u borbi protiv zlouporabe donose razni propisi i uvjeti. Cilj je onemogućiti nejednakosti na tržištu. Cilj politike održivog razvoja je pravo svih potrošača na zdrav životni okoliš; tj. cilj je mijenjanje navika i ponašanje potrošača da bi se što više smanjili štetni utjecaji na ekosustav i na kvalitetu života.
Abstract (english)
This final paper covers the topic of Consumer Protection, from the course Consumer Behavior. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the Consumer Protection Act and to brake down the said Law into: Unfair Provisions in Consumer Contracts and Unfair Advertising of Products and Services. It contains clear rules for distance contracts. The main objective of competition is to create a free and dynamic market, and to strengthen the general economic situation. The determinants of the Act from the European market are moving to the national market. RH adopts the components it implements in its market. Competition abuse is often present, and various regulations and conditions are enacted to combat abuse. The aim is to prevent market inequalities. The goal of sustainable development policy is the right of all consumers to a healthy environment; that is, the goal is to change habits and consumer behavior to minimize adverse impacts on the ecosystem and quality of life.
