Abstract
Povratna logistika se bavi organizacijom različitih procesa koji su potrebni za vraćanje otpadnih materijala i rabljene robe prema proizvođačima, odnosno ponovno u proizvodni ciklus. Pod logistikom povrata podrazumijevaju se procesi koje poduzeće koristi kako bi se objedinili oštećeni, neželjeni ili proizvodi kojima je istekao rok trajanja. Povratna logistika i sve njezine sastavnice sve više su zastupljene u poslovanju brojnih poduzeća. U suvremenom poslovanju ona ima sve istaknutije mjesto u lancu opskrbe. Ključni sustavi povratne logistike su: recikliranje, povrat novih proizvoda, povrat korištenih proizvoda i povrat upotrijebljenih proizvoda. Svaka od tih vrsta povratne logistike ima svoju ekonomsku i ekološku pogodnost. Povratna logistika sve je pristupljenija u e-trgovini, koja predstavlja prodaju proizvoda i usluga putem telekomunikacijskih mreža. E-trgovina kao suvremeni trend je promijenio kupovne navike potrošača, a upravo zbog tog ubrzanog razvoja u sklopu ovog rada provodi se istraživanje o zadovoljstvu potrošača elementima usluge povratne logistike. Radom se želi dokazati kako su potrošači lojalniji elektroničkoj trgovini upravo zbog mogućnosti povrata proizvoda i/ili novca.
Abstract (english)
Return logistics deals with the organization of the various processes required to return waste materials and used goods to manufacturers, that is, back to the production cycle. Refund logistics involves the processes that a business uses to consolidate damaged, unwanted, or expired products. Reverse logistics and all its components are becoming more and more prevalent in the business of many companies. In modern business, it is increasingly prominent in the supply chain. Key logistics return systems are: recycling, return of new products, return of used products and return of used products. Each of these types of reverse logistics has its economic and environmental benefits. Reverse logistics is increasingly available in ecommerce that represents the sale of products and services via telecommunications networks. E-commerce as a contemporary trend that has changed consumer buying habits, and because of this accelerated development, research is being conducted on consumer satisfaction with the elements of reverse logistics. This paper seeks to prove that consumers are more loyal to ecommerce precisely because of the ability to return products and / or money.
