Abstract Komunikacija je sastavni dio svakodnevice u procesu poslovanja poduzeća.
Abstract (english) Communication plays a major part in the everyday business process of a company. Except speech and written correspondence there are also other aspects of communication, such as business attire, set of unwritten rules governing speech, the tone of your voice, body language as well as being familiar with specific words and phrases used when leading a conversation in various business situations. In the business context there are two ways of communication that can be differed. One is based on the type of sense organs involved and the other is according to the communication channel used. It is also significant to look into factors of the communication process, as well as some possible obstacles. While analyzing the communication process inside a company it is important to recognize the communication network existent in every company, which can be either formal or informal. Based on the degree to which communication networks are used and the situation itself, the networks can influence the company’s success. Considering the fact that communication is the key to successful business it is necessary to pay more attention to it and to develop it continually. If the communication inside the company itself is not successful, this will reflect itself on the external communication, which will in the end lead to decreased business success. The company’s management should pay attention to the internal communication within a company, and react if it does not meet a specific standard. In order to further analyze the process of communication, for the purposes of this research an analysis of the communication process of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Croatia was conducted. All ways of communication by the employees during office hours were analyzed, either amongst each other or with people connected to the organization in some way- spoken and written communication, communication via telephone, fax, websites or electronic mail.
