Abstract
Državni proračun donosi Hrvatski sabor i on se izglasava, odnosno donosi krajem svake godine za onu nadolazeću. Državnim proračunom procjenjuju se prihodi i rashodi unutar jedne godine od strane države. Važno je naglasiti kako ministarstvo financija, te njegov ministar ulažu jako puno vremena u formiranje i slaganje proračuna, posebno jer je ovo jedna od najvažnijih političkih događanja u toku jedne godine, te se potencijalne greške mogu skupo plaćati. Također, državni proračun Ministarstvo financija donosi u suradnji i s ostalim ministarstvima, a prije svega narodom. Sagledavajući cjelokupnu prethodnu godinu i analizirajući prethodno doneseni proračun rade se potrebne korekcije, kako bi se ispravile napravljene greške, odnosno kako bi se uz pomoć njega moglo više toga napraviti, te pogurati cjelokupno gospodarstvo u pravome smjeru.
Abstract (english)
The state budget is passed by the Croatian Parliament and it is voted, that is, it is adopted at the end of each year for the upcoming one. The state budget estimates revenue and expenditures within one year by the state. It is important to emphasize that the Ministry of Finance and its Minister invest a great deal of time in budgeting and budgeting, especially since this is one of the most important political events in a year, and potential mistakes can be costly. Also, the state budget is passed by the Ministry of Finance in cooperation with other ministries, and above all the people. Considering the whole of the previous year and analyzing the previously made budget, the necessary corrections are being made in order to correct the mistakes made, that is, with the help of it more could be done and to push the whole economy in the right direction.
