Abstract
Upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima je neizostavan sektor svih velikih korporacija. Nakon što svaka korporacija definira svoju organizacijsku strukturu nastoji ju popuniti, što je zadatak sektora kojemu je naziv kadroviranje ili upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima. Pomoću sektora za upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima definira se što pojedini djelatnik radi na određenoj poziciji, koja su mu znanja ili vještine potrebne da bi kvalitetno i u potpunosti realizirao svoje zadatke. Važan segment... More ovoga sektora je također i intelektualni kapital koji se dijeli na ljudski kapital, kapital klijenata i organizacijski (strukturni) kapital. Ljudski kapital u sebi sadrži sposobnosti i vještine zaposlenika do kojih se može doći obrazovanjem i treningom. Zadatak sektora za upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima je privlačenje, razvoj te održavanje efektivnih ljudskih potencijala u kompaniji. Privlačenje djelatnika dijeli se na tri segmenta: segment planiranja, segment regrutiranja te na segment selekcije. Razvoj je također sastavljen od tri segmenta a to su: obuka, razvoj djelatnika te procjena performansi. Na kraju procesa ostaje samo zadržavanje efektivnih ljudskih potencijala u kompaniji putem upravljanja kompenzacijama i upravljanja radnim odnosima. Less

Human resources management is an inevitable sector of all major corporations. After each corporation defines its organizational structure, attempts to fill them up, which is the task for the sector off the personnel management or human resource management. Using the sector for human resources management, is defined what employee should be work at a certain position, which knowledge or skills is needed, to make quality and fully implemented his tasks. An important segment of this sector... More is also the intellectual capital, that is divided into human capital, the capital of clients and organizational (structural) capital. Human capital contains the ability and skills of employees that can be gained through education and training. Task sector for human resources management is attracting, developing and maintaining effective human resources in the company. Attracting employees is divided into three segments: segment planning, recruitment segment and selection segment. The development is also made up of three segments which are: training, development and valuation of staff performance. At the end of the process remains the only effective retention of human resources in the company through compensation management and management labor relations. Less
