Abstract
ERP (eng. Enterprise Resource Planning) je informacijski sustav koji je zadužen za prikupljanje, obradu i pohranjivanje informacija tijekom poslovanja poduzeća. Poduzeća ga implementiraju u svoje poslovanje i koriste ga iz više razloga kao što su organizacija poslovanja, lakši pristup informacijama i slično. Poduzeća uz ERP sustav lakše mogu planirati za buduća razdoblja te poslovanje poduzeća usmjeravati u željenom smjeru. U modernom poslovanju ima važnu ulogu jer sistematizira poslovanje poduzeća te uz napor ljudskih resursa omogućava lakši i produktivniji rad. Implemetacija ERP sustava u poduzeće zahtjeva financijske i ljudske resurse kao i vrijeme, ali je neizostavna stavka poslovanja današnjih poduzeća što znači da su gotovo sva poduzeća primorana implementirati ERP sustav u svoje poslovanje. U suprotnom, poduzeća koja ne implementiraju ERP sustav u svoju organizaciju nikako ne mogu biti konkurentna na tržištu. ERP sustavi se razlikuju između sebe po kvaliteti, opsežnosti i najvažnije, po potrebama poduzeća koje moraju zadovoljiti. Poduzeća na čelu sa svojim menadžerima analiziraju svoje potrebe, ponudu ERP sustava i odlučuju se koji sustav implementirati što je vrlo važna odluka za poduzeće s obzirom da je implementacija dugotrajan proces, a uz sebe nosi financijski rizik.
Abstract (english)
ERP (eng. Enterprise Resource Planning) is information system which is in charge for collecting, processing and saving information during the business of the company. Companies implement it in their business and use it for more reasons, which can be business organization, easier access to information etc. With ERP system, companies can make plans easily for future eras and also, they can direct their company business in direction they want. In modern business it has important role because it's systemizing business of the company and with effort of the human resources it enables easier and more productive work. Implementation of ERP system require finance and human resource as well as a time, but it is something that modern company need to use, which means that almost all companies need to implement ERP system in their business. Otherwise, companies that don’t implement ERP system in their organization they can’t stay concurrent on the market. ERP systems have differences by quality, data size and most important by need that companies need to accomplish. Companies by the leadership of Managers analyze their needs and offerings of ERP system and decide which system to implement which is very important decision for company itself if you take in count that implementation is long lasting process which takes financial risk.
