novca i tržište kapitala.
likvidnim vrijednosnicama (trezorski, blagajnički i komercijalni zapisi), a njegovi su sudionici
ministarstvo financija, sustav federalnih rezervi, poduzeća, poslovne banke, investicijske
kompanije i mnogi drugi. Tržište kapitala je tržište na kojemu dileri, brokeri i investicijski
bankari, odnosno posrednici trguju s dugoročnim vrijednosnim papirima, točnije najčešće se
trguje udjelima u investicijskim fondovima, izvedenicama, obveznicama i dionicama.
Zagrebačkoj burzi, točnije inicijalna javna ponuda Granolio d.d. i Tankerska Next Generation
prosječnu mjesečnu cijenu dionice, količinu dionica i broj transakcija, ostvaren godišnji promet
kroz trgovanje dionicama te prikaz dioničara s najvećim vlasničkim udjelima u analiziranim
poduzećima.
Abstract (english) Financial markets can be divided into the money market and the equity market by maturity of
financial instruments. The money market is the market where short-term and liquid securities
(treasury, banking and commercial bills) are traded, and its participants are the Ministry of
Finance, the federal reserve system, companies, business banks, investment companies and
many others. The capital market is a market where dealers, brokers and investment bankers, i.e.
intermediaries, trade in long-term securities, more precisely, are traded in shares in investment
funds, derivatives, bonds and shares. The shares are most traded in the capital market and can
be divided into regular and preferential shares. Owners of regular shares are entitled to
dividends but also the assets of a joint stock company, while holders of preference shares in
respect of ordinary stockholders have certain rights such as the priority in the payment of
dividends or the priority payment from the bankruptcy estate. Shares are traded on the primary
and secondary capital markets. The primary market is the market in which the first issue of
securities is carried out, namely the initial public offer on this market. The secondary market
includes trading in securities already issued. The companies listed on The Zagreb Stock
Exchange mostly traded with ordinary shares, and the research part included the latest initial
public offerings on The Zagreb Stock Exchange, more precisely the initial public offering of
Granolio Inc. and Tankerska Next Generation Inc.. Analysis of these companies showed their
profile, financial indicators and initial public offer. In addition, stock trading on The Zagreb
Stock Exchange was considered through the average monthly price of shares, the number of
shares and the number of transactions, the annual turnover through stock trading and the
shareholders with the largest shareholding in the analyzed companies.
