Abstract
Komunikacija je temelj ljudske zajednice, bez nje nije moguće uspostaviti nijedan odnos, kako privatni, tako ni poslovni. Komunikacija obuhvaća primatelja i pošiljatelja te poruku koja se razmjenjuje. Poruka je informacija koja se želi razmijeniti i koja ima neku vrijednost za sudionike komunikacije, a šalje se putem određenog kanala. U poslovnom svijetu sudionici se koriste poslovnom komunikacijom. Ona se odvija unutar i izvan poduzeća, a dijeli se na verbalnu i neverbalnu komunikaciju.... More Poseban naglasak stavlja se na poslovni bonton kojeg čine skupine pravila ponašanja u poslovanju. Poslovni bonton razlikuje se od države do države, ovisno o njezinoj kulturi i narodu. Prije nego se stupi u ostvarivanje međunarodne suradnje, važno je upoznati poslovni bonton te države kako ne bi došlo do situacije da suradnja bude odjednom prekinuta jer se nesvjesno prekršilo neko pravilo ponašanja. Svrha ovog rada je istražiti poslovni bonton kao skup pravila koje određuje ponašanje unutar poslovne zajednice te ga prikazati na praktičnim primjerima izabranih zemalja – Njemačke, Kine Japana i Rusije. Communication is the bedrock of the human society, without which no private or business relationship can be established. Communication involves the recipient and the sender and the message being exchanged. A message is information that is intended to be exchanged and has some value for the participants in the communication and is sent through a specific communication channel. In the business world, participants use business communication. It takes place inside and outside the company,... More and is divided into verbal and non-verbal communication. Particular emphasis is placed on business etiquette made up of groups of rules of conduct in business. Business etiquette varies from country to country, depending on its culture and people. When pursuing international cooperation, it is important to become familiar with the business etiquette of that country so as not to break the cooperation because there has been an unintended violation of one of the rules of conduct. The purpose of this paper is to investigate business etiquette as a set of rules that determine behavior within the business community and present it in practical examples from selected countries - Germany, China, Japan, and Russia.
