Abstract
Može se reći kako je danas riječ projekt postala dosta popularna i vrlo se često koristi. Još iz povijesti čovječanstva projekt je bio poznat kao vremenski ograničen proces uz koji se stvaralo nešto novo, npr. Egipatske piramide, Kineski zid, Eiffelov toranj, nove proizvodnje i drugo. Najveća postignuća u svijetu dogodila su se radi projekata. Za sve je potreban plan i vizija te ljudi koji će svojim idejama i radom u timu doprinijeti razvoju stvaranja novog tržišta ili novog proizvoda. Organizacija nove proizvodnje je također projekt koji je vremenski ograničen te se na nju nastavlja kontinuirani proces koji će trajati dulje vrijeme i njime će biti osigurane nove količine proizvoda. Kao primjer takve proizvodnje može se navesti masovna ili maloserijska proizvodnja. Procesi stvaranja projekta mogu biti i jednokratni koji se koriste za različite namjene u području ljudskog stvaranja. Nakon definiranja osnovnih pojmova vezanih uz projekt u radu će biti prikazan detaljniji proces stvaranja projekta na primjeru programa „Zaželi“ koji pripada socijalnom sektoru, a radi se o projektu kojemu je cilj zapošljavanje žena koje teže pronalaze posao.
Abstract (english)
It can be said that today the word project has become quite popular and is very commonly used. Even from the history of mankind, the project was known as a time-limited process with the creation of something new, eg Egyptian Pyramids, Chinese Wall, Eifel Tower, New Production and more. The biggest achievements in the world have been for projects. All that is needed is a plan and a vision for those people who will contribute to the development of a new market or new product through their ideas and work in the team. The organization of a new production is also a project that is time-bound and it continues to be a continuous process that will last for a long time and will provide new quantities of products. An example of such production may be mass or maloseric production. Project creation processes can also be one-offs that are used for different purposes in the field of human creation. After defining the basic concepts related to the project, a more detailed process of creating a project will be presented on the example of the "Make A Wish" program belonging to the social sector, which is a project aimed at hiring women who are more difficult to find a job.
