Abstract
Maloprodajni marketinški miks je skup elemenata koje tvrtka koristi da bi postigla svoje ciljeve. Odnosi se i na skup odluka koje donosi trgovac da bi zadovoljio potrebe i želje svojih kupaca. Jedan od elemenata marketing miksa je lokacija. Lokacija je prema istraživanjima jedan od važnijih elemenata marketing miksa, te brojni odgovori na pitanje koji element najviše utječe na uspjeh prodavaonice je lokacija. Ako potrošač ne može lako doći do proizvoda, niti jedan drugi element ne može ih... More navesti na kupnju, te je jako važno pronaći pravu lokaciju za svoju prodavaonicu. Na izbor lokacije utječu brojni čimbenici, a to su: blizina tržišta, razvijenost prometnih veza, mogućnost opskrbe potrebnim energentima i sl. Prilikom izbora lokacije, osim brige o kupcima, potrebno je paziti i na udaljenost dobavljača i visinu troškova dostave, pakiranja, pripreme. Optimalnom lokacijom se smatra ona koja ima najviši protok optimalnih kupaca i nisku najamninu. Temeljna podjela lokacije je na: mikrolokaciju i makrolokaciju. Makrolokacija se odnosi na šire zemljopisno područje, a mikrolokacija odabir mjesta na odabranoj makrolokaciji za smještaj prodavaonice. Također, navode se još neki čimbenici koji utječu na lokaciju, a to su: demografski, gospodarski, psihološki čimbenici, čimbenici infrastrukture, čimbenici odnosa konkurencije, čimbenici vrednovanja objekata, čimbenici troškova koji ovise o lokaciji i čimbenici ograničenja. Prilikom odabira lokacije za svoju prodavaonicu, svaki trgovac mora proći kroz sve navedene čimbenike kako bi odabrao onu najbolju i ostvario najveći uspjeh. U završnom radu kroz praktični dio provest će se analiza lokacija nespecijaliziranih prodavaonica pretežno hranom, pićem i duhanskim proizvodima u Novoj Gradiški. Istražit će se sve prodavaonice pretežno hranom, pićem i duhanskim proizvodima, njihova lokacija, te čimbenici koji utječu na njihovu lokaciju, te će se kroz upitnik ispitati stanovnike Nove Gradiške o njihovom stavu prema lokacijama prodavaonica u njihovom gradu. A retail marketing mix is a set of elements that a company uses to achieve its goals. It also applies to a set of decisions made by a merchant to meet the needs and desires of their customers. One element of the marketing mix is location. According to research, location is one of the most important elements of the marketing mix, and there are numerous answers to the question which element most influences the success of a store is location. If the consumer cannot easily reach the ... More products, no other element can make them buy, and it is very important to find the right location for your store. The choice of location is influenced by many factors, such as the proximity of the market, the development of transport links, the ability to supply the necessary energy, etc. When choosing a location, in addition to customer care, it is necessary to pay attention to the distance of suppliers and the amount of shipping, packaging, preparation. The optimal location is considered to be the one that has the highest flow of optimal customers and low rent. The basic division of the location is into: microlocation and macrolocation. Macrolocation refers to a broader geographical area, and a microlocation selects a location on a selected macrolocation to house a store. Also, some other factors affecting the location are listed, such as: demographic, economic, psychological, infrastructure, competition, valuation, facility, location, and constraint. When selecting a location for their store, every retailer must go through all of the above factors in order to select the best one and achieve the greatest success. In the final part, the practical part will analyze the locations of non-specialized stores, mainly food, beverages and tobacco products in Nova Gradiška. All food, beverage and tobacco stores, their location, and factors affecting their location will be explored, and the questionnaire will be questioned by residents of Nova Gradiška about their attitude to the locations of stores in their city.
