| Abstract | Razvojni potencijal poduzeća je izravno povezan sa znanjima zaposlenika o procesima u
poduzeću, tehnologijama, tržištu, integriranoj marketinškoj komunikaciji s tržištem, kvaliteti
upravljanja ljudima i procesima. Pobrojani elementi određuju brzinu i smjer razvoja poduzeća
i ovisni su o samo jednom pojmu, a njega opisuje samo jedna riječ, znanje.
Znanje i upravljanje znanjem su stoga fokus, istraživačka nit oko koje se vrte mnoga znanstvena
istraživanja o upravljanju poduzećima. Istraživanjima se nastoji prodrijeti u suštinu upravljanja
znanjem, njegovoj integraciji u organizacijsku strukturu poduzeća kao i istražiti najbolji način
uporabe postojećih znanja i kreiranja novih znanja unutar poduzeća. Poduzeća nastoje kroz
upravljanje znanjem utjecati na organizacijske performanse tj. na njihovu financijsku, tržišnu i
razvojnu perspektivu. Orijentacija upravljanja znanjem nije samo na poboljšanje postojećih
poslovnih procesa i isporuke „današnjih“ proizvoda i usluga poznatim kupcima. Upravljanje
znanjem nastoji otvoriti dugoročnu financijsku perspektivu poduzeću, kontinuirano potičući
„inovacijske valove“ oblikovanja novih proizvoda i usluga. Kroz poslovne procese poduzeće
se otvara tržištu, kupcima, prodoru novih znanja i njihovoj implementaciji ali istodobno i
kreiranju novih znanja o procesima, tehnologijama i upravljanju. U tom dinamičkom procesu
poduzeće stalno oblikuje novog čovjeka, zaposlenika, kulturu, timski rad, bolju organizacijsku
strukturu tj. novo poduzeće.
Razmjena informacija i znanja u poduzeću bitna je komponenta organizacijske kulture
poduzeća. Razmjenu i distribuciju informacija i znanja omogućuje informacijska tehnologija.
Stoga je ključni preduvjet izgradnje kulture u kojoj se informacije i znanja dijele i
implementiraju tj. upravlja znanjem, izgradnja odgovarajućeg informacijskog sustava.
Transakcijski sustavi, upravljački i sustavi potpore odlučivanju, inteligentni informacijski
sustavi temeljeni na sustavima za upravljanje bazama podataka, skladištima podataka, strojnom
učenju i tehnologijama umjetne inteligencije omogućuju pohranjivanje podataka iz poslovnih
procesa, kreiranje ažurnih, konciznih, pravodobnih informacija i znanja te njihovu distribuciju
zaposlenicima.
Doktorska disertacija „Utjecaj upravljanja znanjem na organizacijske performanse poduzeća“
strukturirana je u šest poglavlja. Prvo poglavlje pripada Uvodu. U njemu je definirano područje
i problem istraživanja, ciljevi istraživanja, postavljene hipoteze i metode istraživanja.
U drugom poglavlju „Znanje kao ključni resurs suvremenih kompanija“ analizira se znanje,
vrste znanja, nositelji znanja, tržište znanja, kvaliteta i zastarijevanje informacija i znanja, uloga znanja u suvremenom poslovnom okruženju te informacijske tehnologije koje pridonose
kreiranju i distribuciji znanja.
U trećem poglavlju „Upravljanje znanjem“ prikazani su bitni pojmovi i koncepti povezani s
upravljanjem znanjem kao što je učeća organizacija, poslovna inteligencija, identificirani
procesi upravljanja znanjem, intelektualni kapital te prikazani i analizirani bitni slojevi
upravljanja znanjem u poduzeću.
Četvrto poglavlje je istraživanje utjecaja upravljanja znanjem na organizacijske performanse
poduzeća. Primjenom klaster analize, hi-kvadrat testa, korespondentne analize, više
atributivnog odlučivanja, koeficijenta korelacije testiraju se postavljene hipoteze.
Peto poglavlje „Rasprava – analiza i diskusija rezultata istraživanja“ metodama sinteze,
generalizacije i indukcije prikazuje odnose upravljanja znanjem i organizacijskih performansi
poduzeća na temelju provedenog istraživanja u četvrtom poglavlju.
Šesto poglavlje su zaključna razmatranja vezana za primijenjenu metodologiju, alate, poteškoće
tijekom istraživanja i nova istraživanja koja može potaknuti ovo istraživanje „Utjecaj
upravljanja znanjem na organizacijske performanse poduzeća“. |
| Abstract (english) | The development potential of the company is directly related to the knowledge of employees
about the processes in the company, technologies, market, integrated marketing communication
with the market, the quality of people management and processes. The listed elements
determine the speed and direction of enterprise development which depend on only one concept,
and it is described by one word, knowledge. Knowledge and knowledge management are
therefore the focus, of research thread around which scientific research on corporate governance
revolves. It seeks to penetrate into the essence of knowledge management, its integration into
the organizational structure of the company and explore the best way to use existing knowledge,
acquire and create new knowledge within the company. Companies use knowledge
management to influence organizational performance, i.e. their financial, market and
development perspective. The focus of knowledge management is not only on improving
existing business processes and delivering "today's" products and services to well-known
customers. Knowledge management seeks to open a long-term financial perspective to the
company by continuously encouraging "innovation waves" of creating new products and
services. The company is widely open to the market, customers, the penetration of new
knowledge and their implementation, but at the same time creates new knowledge about
processes, technologies and management. In this dynamic process, the company constantly
shapes a new people, employee, culture, teamwork, better organizational structure, a „new
company“. Sharing information and knowledge in the company is an essential component of
the organizational culture of the company. Information technology (IT) is used for share and
distribution of knowledge. Therefore, the key precondition for building a culture in which
information and knowledge are shared and implemented, i.e. knowledge management, is the
construction of an appropriate information system. Transactional, management and decision
support systems, intelligent information systems based on database management systems, data
warehouses, machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies enable data storage from
business processes, creation of up-to-date, concise, timely information and knowledge and their
distribution to employees.
Doctoral dissertation “The impact of knowledge management on organizational performance
of companies” is structured in six chapters. The first chapter belongs to the „Introduction“. It
defines the area and problem of research, research goals, set hypotheses and research methods.The second chapter “Knowledge as a key resource of modern companies” analyzes knowledge,
types of knowledge, knowledge holders, knowledge market, quality and obsolescence of
information and knowledge, the role of knowledge in the modern business environment and
information technologies that contribute of creation and distribution of knowledge.
The third chapter “Knowledge Management” presents important terms and concepts related to
knowledge management such as learning organization, business intelligence, identified
knowledge management processes, intellectual capital and presents and analyzes the essential
layers of knowledge management in the company.
The fourth chapter is research of the impact of Knowledge Management on organizational
performance of enterprises. By applying cluster analysis, chi-square test, correspondent
analysis, multi-attribute decision-making, correlation coefficient, the set hypotheses are tested.
Chapter 5, “Discussion - analysis and discussion of research results” by methods of synthesis,
generalization and induction shows the relationship between knowledge management and
organizational performance of enterprises based on the research conducted in the fourth chapter.
Chapter 6 concludes all considerations related to the applied methodology, tools, and
difficulties during the research and new research that can be stimulated by this study of “Impact
of knowledge management on the organizational performance of the companies”. |
