Abstract
Mješovita organizacijska struktura ubraja se u klasične organizacijske strukture, a koriste ju najčešće velike organizacije čije potrebe samo jedna klasična organizacijska struktura više ne može zadovoljiti. Za oblikovanje mješovite organizacijske strukture najprije se treba procijeniti postoji li hijerarhija u poduzeću, odnosno, stupanj centralizacije te formalizacije i složenost organizacije. Ključna karakteristika mješovite organizacijske strukture ili organizacijske strukture konglomerata jest postojanje jedne organizacijske strukture na jednoj razini te postojanje druge strukture na drugoj razini. Najčešće su te strukture funkcijska i jedan od oblika divizijske (predmetna/teritorijalna/orijentirana potrošačima), no u praksi se često događaju slučajevi gdje se kombiniraju i bilo koje druge organizacijske strukture. Prednosti ove organizacijske strukture su uspješna realizacija, fleksibilnost i ekonomičnost. Uz prednosti postoje i nedostatci, a to su činjenica da ne postoji čista forma kod mješovite organizacijske strukture i kompleksnost u vidu teške koordinacije između odjela. Mješovitu organizacijsku strukturu neće koristiti mala poduzeća u kojima je mali broj zaposlenih i mali obujam posla. U radu je prikazan primjer organizacijske strukture konglomerata na Coca-Cola kompaniji.
Abstract (english)
A mixed organizational structure is one of the classical organizational structures and it is the most often used by large organizations whose needs can no longer be met by just one classical organizational structure. In order to form a mixed organizational structure, it is first necessary to assess whether there is hierarchy in the company, that is the degree of centralization and formalization and complexity of the organization. A key characteristic of a mixed organizational structure or, in other words, conglomerate organizational structure is the existence of one organizational structure at one level and the existence of another structure at another level. Most often, these structures are functional and one of the forms of divisional (product/territorial/consumer-oriented), but in practice there are often cases where any other organizational structures are combined. The advantages of this organizational structure are successful implementation, flexibility and economy. With advantages, there are also disadvantages, namely the fact that there is no pure form in a mixed organizational structure and complexity in the form of difficult coordination between departments. The mixed organizational structure will not be used by small companies with a small number of employees and a small volume of work. This paper presents an example of the organizational structure of a conglomerate at a Coca-Cola company.
