Abstract
Problematika etike u poslovanju se rapidno proširila ubrzanim globalizacijskim procesima koji se odvijaju na tržištima. U današnje doba sve informatizacije i iznimno brzog prijenosa informacija dolazimo do sve većih spoznaja na sve nemoralne i neetične djelatnosti multinacionalnih korporacija. U ovome radu se upoznajemo s etikom u načelu kao i sa poslovnom etikom kao jednom od osnovnih sila vodilja u poslovnom svijetu. Opisano je par međunarodnih i domaćih slučajeva kako su tvrtke zanemarivale... More posljedice neetičnog poslovanja te se upoznajemo sa jednim od najvećih psiholoških i fizičkih pritisaka na današnjeg radnika – mobingom. Globalizacijski utjecaj svjetskog tržišta se uvelike preslikava i na lokalna tržišta sa svim pozitivnim i negativnim utjecajima. Ekstremna prednost globalizacije je dostupnost svih proizvoda i usluga na velikom broju tržišta, čak i najsiromašnijih sudionika, no žalosna istina je da živimo u svijetu gdje je profit jedini cilj, čak i uz povredu dostojanstva drugih sudionika (pa čak i zaposlenika iste tvrtke). The ethical problems in buissness are rapidly expanding with the expedited globalisation processes that are affecting the markets. In todays age of all around informationisation and extremely paced transfer information transfer we are more aware of all the immoral and unethical workmanship of multinational corporations. This document will acquaint us with the ethical principels and buissness ethics as one of the leading forces of entrepreneurship. Examples are taken out of international and... More domestic cases of companies ignoring the aftermath of unethical buissness and familiarize ourselves with one of the leading psyhological and physical stresses on todays work force – mobbing. Globalisation effects of the world market copies itself in a large scale on the local markets with all its positive and negative effects. The major advantage of globalisation is the attainability of all products and services on a large number of markets, even the poorest ones, but the sad truth is that we live in a world where profit is the only goal, even with the violation of participants dignity (even from its own workforce).
