Abstract
Završni rad pod naslovom Uloga liderstva u menadžmentu polazi od aktualnosti ove teme u svijetu poslovanja, ali i od još uvijek postojećih smatranja da su liderstvo i menadžment sinonimi. U radu se liderstvo iskazuje kao jedna od funkcija menadžmenta te se ističe interdisciplinarni pristup menadžmentu, a time i liderstvu. Cilj ovoga rada tako se razlaže na nekoliko odrednica pri čemu je ključno iskazivanje odnosa liderstva i menadžmenta, a potom holističko iskazivanje dimenzija liderstva... More te liderskih stilova. Tako je rad sastavljen od dvaju glavnih dijelova; prvi kojim se ukazuje na etimologiju i teorijske odrednice menadžmenta i liderstva, a drugi kojim se opisuju i uspoređuju klasifikacije liderskih stilova te modela stilova liderstva. Osim toga, radom se ukazuje na sposobnosti važne i potrebne lideru, a tako i na važnost emocionalne inteligencije kako bi liderstvo, bez obzira na stupanj hijerarhije, bilo odlikovano kao uspješno. Raspravom se ukazuje na prikazane uvide u literaturu uz raspravljanje primjena u suvremenome poslovanju. Less
Abstract (english)
The final paper entitled The Role of Leadership in Management starts from the topicality of this topic in the world of business, but also from the still existing beliefs that leadership and management are synonymous. The paper expresses leadership as one of the functions of management and emphasizes the interdisciplinary approach to management and thus to leadership. The aim of this paper is expressed in several elements with fundamental endeavor to express the relationship between... More leadership and management followed by a holistic expression of the dimensions of leadership and leadership styles. This final work is composed of two main parts; the first indicating the etymology and theoretical determinants of management and leadership, and the second describing and comparing classifications of leadership styles and models of leadership styles. In addition, the paper points to the abilities important and necessary for every leader, as well as the importance of emotional intelligence for making leadership successful regardless of the degree of hierarchy.
