Abstract
U radu je analiziran mirovinski sustav Republike Hrvatske kroz prikaz prava iz mirovinskog osiguranja te najvažnije informacije o stupovima na kojima se temelji mirovinsko osiguranje. Prikazane su karakteristike obveznih i dobrovoljnih mirovinskih fondova te uloga Hrvatske agencije za nadzor financijskih usluga u mirovinskom sustavu Republike Hrvatske. Faza prikupljanja sredstava u okviru drugog stupa mirovinskog osiguranja odvija se putem obveznih mirovinskih fondova, a prikupljanje... More sredstava u okviru trećeg stupa mirovinskog osiguranja odvija se putem dobrovoljnih mirovinskih fondova. Obvezni mirovinski fondovi se prema razini rizika i očekivanom prinosu dijele u tri kategorije, A, B i C. Za njihovo upravljanje su zadužena društva za upravljanje obveznim mirovinskim fondovima kojih u Republici Hrvatskoj ima četiri. Rad se temelji na komparativnoj analizi poslovanja AZ, Erste Plavi i PBZ Croatia Osiguranje obveznih mirovinskih fondova u razdoblju od 2017. do 2019. godine. Fondovi kategorije B sadrže najveći broj članova stoga su oni odabrani za provedbu analize. Navedeni fondovi promatrani su s aspekta veličine neto imovine, broja članova, strukture ulaganja prema vrstama imovine, valutne i geografske strukture, zatim strukture ulaganja prema gospodarskim sektorima, visini izlazne naknade, kretanju prinosa fonda te financijskom rezultatu ostvarenom tijekom promatranog razdoblja. The paper analyzes the pension system of the Republic of Croatia through an overview of pension insurance rights and the most important information on the pillars on which pension insurance is based. The characteristics of mandatory and voluntary pension funds and the role of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency in the pension system of the Republic of Croatia are presented. More mandatory pension funds, and the fundraising under the third pillar of pension insurance takes place through the voluntary pension funds. Mandatory pension funds are divided into three categories, A, B and C, according to the level of risk and expected return. Mandatory pension fund management companies are in charge of their management, of which there are four in the Republic of Croatia. The paper is based on a comparative analysis of the operations of AZ, Erste Plavi and PBZ Croatia Osiguranje mandatory pension funds in the period from 2017. to 2019. Category B funds contain the largest number of members, so they were selected for conducting the analysis. These funds were observed in terms of net asset size, number of members, investment structure by type of asset, currency and geographical structure, investment structure by economic sectors, exit fee, fund return and financial result achieved during the observed period.
