Abstract
Cilj teorije poduzeća je dati teorijska objašnjenja za egzistenciju i djelovanje poduzeća. Najveću pozornost u ovom radu obratit će se na to koliko su razne teorije poduzeća utjecale na poduzeća u suvremenoj ekonomici. Na početku rada govorit će se najviše o tržištu, njegovim komponentama i situacijama u kojima se mogu poduzeća nalaziti na tržištima. U nastavku rada glavni cilj je argumentirano i kritički promišljati o karakteristikama teorija poduzeća, razlozima nastanka i njihovoj ulozi na poslovanje modernih poduzeća. U radu će se najviše dati naglasak na neoklasičnu teoriju, menadžersku teoriju, biheviorističku teoriju. Svaka od tih teorija bit će teorijski argumentirano objašnjena. Također, u radu će se naći i brojni primjeri koji će biti potkrijepljeni slikama i grafovima koji će biti detaljno objašnjeni. U završetku svakog poglavlja će se dati naglasak na sve veću dominaciju raznih teorija poduzeća u kojima je naglasak na proces učenja, zatim na prilagodbu i predviđanje promjena u suvremenom okruženju.
Abstract (english)
Theory of the Firm enity has a goal of theoretically defining the existence and activities of said entities. The main focus in this paper is the influence of different Enterprise entity theories in modern day economics. Initially, possible situations in which the enterprises can find themselves are discussed, as well as the market itself and it´s components. The main argument of the paper aims to critically ponder about the characteristics of the theory, the reasoning behind it´s conception and it´s role in modern day enterprises, with a special emphasis put on the neoclassical managerial and behavioral theories. These theories and theoretically explained and substantiated with examples, together with graphs and pictures. Conclusions of each chapter will underline the dominance of different Enterprise entity theories, driven by the learning process and the ability to predict and adapt to the changes in the modern environment.
