Abstract
Kako bi se komunikacija mogla što kvalitetnije ostvariti, potrebno je poznavati jezik, interakcijske vještine i posjedovati određeno kulturno znanje. Komunikacija se danas ostvaruje putem brojnih kanala. Trendovi koji se odnose na suvremenu poslovnu komunikaciju svoj naglasak stavljaju na što osobnije obraćanje sugovornicima. U prošlom stoljeću prevladavali su Internet, televizija, časopisi i jumbo plakati, te su na taj način u komunikaciji dominirale slike. Danas su suvremene organizacije... More tradicionalnu komunikaciju koja se odvijala putem telefona, telefaksa ili pošte, zamijenile elektronskom komunikacijom koja svoj temelj ima u tehnologiji, te se u tom smislu u poslovnoj komunikaciji primjenjuju e-pošta, društvene mreže, videokonferencije i slično. Elektronska komunikacija je nezaobilazan dio komunikacije u organizacijama koji doprinosi niskim troškovima i brzom, odnosno trenutnom razmjenjivanju informacija između osoba koje su fizički udaljene. Uspjeh organizacije ovisi o kvalitetnoj poslovnoj komunikaciji koja se odvija između poslovnih partnera. Poslovna komunikacija može biti i u pismenom obliku, kao što su dopisi ili memorandumi. Pismeni oblik komunikacije podrazumijeva sporiji odgovor. Također može biti i u usmenom obliku putem jezika koji se smatra najvažnijim sredstvom komunikacije. U tom smislu je potrebno poznavati jezik. Također je moguće i neverbalna izražavanje putem emocija, gesta, držanja, stavova i slično. Less
Abstract (english)
In order to achieve a high-quality communication, it is necessary to know the language, interactional skills and possess certain cultural knowledge. Today, communication is accomplished through numerous channels. Trends related to contemporary business communication put the emphasis on addressing the co-speaker in as personal manner as possible. In the past century, the Intenet, television, magazines and jumbo posters had been prevalent, and thus communication was dominated by images.... More Nowadays, modem organizations have replaced traditional communication, led by telephone, fax or mail, by electronic communication, which has its foundation in technology, and in that sense e-mails, social networking, video conferencing and the like are used in business communication today. Electronic communication is an indispensable way of communication in organizations, which contributes to the low cost and rapid, or immediate, exchange of information between people who are physically distant. The success of an organization depends on the quality of business communication that takes place between business partners. Business correspondence can also be in written form, such as letters or memorandum. Written communication implies a slower response. It can also happen through the word-of-mouth, via language that is considered the most important means of communication. In that sense, it is necessary to know the language.
