Abstract
Metoda 20 ključeva se uspješno širi po cijelom svijetu. Ova praktična metoda je osmišljena kako bi tvrtkama bila potpora za konkurentnost na tržištu, kako domaćem tako i inozemnom. Metoda 20 ključeva teži tome da kreira okruženje u kojem se tvrtka neprestano, samostalno unapređuje. Metoda 20 ključeva nije teška niti je teoretska, za nju možemo reći kako je veoma praktična. Također, ne treba ni misliti kako su ovih 20 ključeva previše za poslovanje, oni su upravo ono što treba jednoj tvrtci kako bi postala produktivnija, uspješnija i konkurentnija. Tvrtke implementiraju puno stvari, neke i nesvjesno, kako bi proizveli i dostavili proizvod kupcima. Upravo su sve te stvari sažete u 20 ključeva koji maksimiziraju profit, pridonose društvu, te vode brigu o okolišu. Metodu 20 ključeva najčešće koriste proizvodne tvrtke, pa tako i Plamen d.o.o. koja je započela implementaciju 20 ključeva krajem 2009.godine. Ovaj rad prezentira metodu 20 ključeva, njihovu podjelu te opis svakog pojedinog ključa. Nadalje, primjer tvrtke Plamen d.o.o. pokazuje kako se poslovanje može poboljšati provedbom ove metode koristeći neke ključeve, iako su svi ključevi jednako bitni za unapređenje poslovanja, te ih treba implementirati u svoje poslovanje kako bi se ostvarili dugoročni ciljevi, odnosno glavni cilj tvrtke, a to je profit.
Abstract (english)
20 keys Method is successfully spreading all over the world. This practical method is designed like support the companies' competitiveness on the market, both domestic and foreign. Method 20 keys strives to create an environment in which the company constantly improves self. 20 Keys method is not difficult, nor is theoretical, we can say that is very practical. Also, we should not think that these 20 keys are to much for business, they are exactly what a firm need in order to become more productive, more efficient and more competitive. Companies implement a lot of things, some unconsciously, to produce and deliver the product to customers. It was all of these things that are summarized in 20 keys that maximize profit, contributing to society, and the environment is concerned. 20 keys method commonly are used by manufacturing companies, including Plamen doo which began implementation of 20 keys at the end of 2009. This paper presents a method of 20 keys, their classification and description of each key. Furthermore, the example of a company Plamen doo shows how business can improve the implementation of this method using some keys, though all keys equally important to improve our business, and should be implemented in their business in order to achieve long-term goals, and the main goal of the company, and that is profit.
