Abstract
U ovom završnom radu raspravljaju se problemi i izazovi hrvatskog zdravstvenog sustava, kao jednog od ključnih pokazatelja razvoja neke zemlje, te sveopće kvalitete života stanovništva. Završni rad obuhvaća tematske cjeline kojima se pokušavaju najznačajnije osnovice i pretpostavke razvoja hrvatskog zdravstvenog sustava (kroz istraživanje se koristi i naziv zdravstvo). Analizira se ekonomsko obilježje zdravstvenog sustava, ekonomski ciljevi zdravstvene zaštite, strukturna obilježja... More zdravstvenog sustava, a uzimajući u obzir osjetljivost zdravstvenog sustava budući ulazi u područje najosjetljivijih ljudskih karakteristika. Nastavno na ovo, istraživanjem će se pokušati raspraviti aspekti financiranja i ishoda zdravstvenoga sustava Republike Hrvatske (u nastavku: RH), te će se odgovoriti na pitanja na koji način se financira zdravstveni sustav u RH, te kakvo je opće zdravstveno stanje populacije. Nadalje, kroz komparativnu analizu analizirati će se zdravstveni sustav RH u odnosu na odabrane zemlje članice Europske unije (u nastavku: EU), gdje će se prikazati najhitnije informacije glede pozicije hrvatskog zdravstvenog sustava u odnosu na odabrane zemlje članice EU. This final paper will discuss the problems and challenges of the Croatian health care system, as one of the key indicators of the development and quality of life of a country. The final paper will cover almost all key parts in order to present to the reader the present state and future of the Croatian health care system. The area will range from the economic characteristics of health, the economic goals of healthcare to the structural features of the health system. Then it will... More get to the heart of the matter, that is, discuss the financing and outcomes of the health care system of the Republic of Croatia, and answer questions about how the health care system in the Republic of Croatia is funded and what is the general health status of the population. Furthermore, by comparative analysis, the Croatian health system will be analyzed in relation to selected EU Member States, where the most important information on the position of the Croatian health system in relation to some European countries will be presented.
