Abstract
Informacijski sustav razvija se s namjerom olakšanja obavljanja pojedinih poslovnih :funkcija kako bi se ostvarila veća učinkovitost i konkurentna prednost prilikom samog poslovanja. Pri razvoju informacijskog sustava nastoji se udovoljiti potrebama korisnika te je potrebno razviti informacijski sustav koji će pridonijeti poboljšanju poslovanja. Nakon određenog vremena zahtjevi se mijenjaju pa je potrebna prilagodba sustava. Prilagođavanje sustava odvija se kroz održavanje samog sustava.... More Održavanje predstavlja kontinuiran proces prilagođavanja sustava potrebama korisnika i ispravljanja grešaka koje se pojavljuju. Poslovne organizacije mogu same razvijati vlastiti informacijski sustav ili se odlučiti za nabavu gotovog programskog rješenja. The information system is being developed with the goal of facilitating the performance of certain business functions in order to achieve greater efficiency and competitive advantage in the business itself. When developing an information system, it seeks to meet the needs of users and develop an information system that will contribute to improving the business. Maintenance of a system is a continuous process of adapting the system to the needs of the user and correcting errors that occur.
