Abstract
Konzultant ili savjetnik je osoba koja stručan i neovisan pogled na problem koji se pojavljuje u poslovnim subjektima (bez obzira na pravni oblik subjekta). Kako bi prikupio potrebne informacije i podatke, te osigurao nesmetan tijek konzultantskog procesa, konzultant se koristi različitim metodama prikupljanja podataka. Uspjeh konzultantovih prijedloga i rješenja ovisi ponajprije o prikupljenim podacima, ali i poznavanju prednosti i nedostataka pojedinih metoda, kako bi se izbjegla... More ograničenja pojedinih metoda i donošenje zaključaka na „iskrivljenim“ podacima. U radu je analiziran utjecaj sektora malih i srednjih poduzeća na razvoj hrvatskog gospodarstva, te važnost rješavanja problema s kojima se vlasnici ovih poduzeća susreću. U tu svrhu preporuka je angažirati konzultante koji mogu pomoći u rješavanju problema unutar poduzeća. U procesu prikupljanja podataka i informacija, konzultanti se koriste različitim metodama prikupljanja podataka, te je od iznimne važnosti poznavanje njihovih prednosti i nedostataka. U praktičnom dijelu rada voditelji projekata financiranih iz sredstava Europske unije (EU), odgovarali su na anketna pitanja o metodama prikupljanja podataka kojima se koriste u procesima prijave i provođenja EU projekata. U konačnici, donesen je zaključak o važnosti poznavanja prednosti i nedostataka pojedinih metoda prikupljanja podataka. Less
Abstract (english)
A consultant or advisor is a person who has a professional and independent view of a problem that arises in business entities (regardless of the legal form of the entity). In order to gather the necessary information and data, and to ensure undisturbed flow of the consulting process, the consultant uses a variety of data collection methods. The success of the consultant's proposals and solutions depends primarily on the data collected, but also on the knowledge of the advantages... More and disadvantages of individual methods, in order to avoid the limitations of individual methods and draw conclusions on "wrong" data. The paper analyzes the impact of the SME sector on the development of the Croatian economy, and the importance of solving the problems that the owners of these companies face. For this purpose, it is recommended to hire consultants who can help solve problems within the company. In the process of collecting data and information, consultants use different methods of data collection, and it is extremely important to know their advantages and disadvantages. In the practical part of the paper, project managers funded by the European Union (EU) answered survey questions about the data collection methods used in the application and managing of EU projects. Finally, a conclusion was reached on the importance of knowing the advantages and disadvantages of individual data collection methods. Less
