Abstract
Hijerarhija upućuje na položaj u organizaciji, to jest, na odnose subordinacije (nadređenosti i podređenosti). Postojanje hijerarhija ukazuje na postojanje autoriteta nasuprot čega se nalazi heterarhija ili nehijerarhija, odnosno slobodnije i demokratskije ustrojstvo. Hijerarhijska struktura je oduvijek prisutna u svim sferama društva i kao takva je sinonim za postavljanje strogih pravila i njihovo provođenje. Tema ovog završnog rada stoga proučava odnose između viših i nižih razina... More menadžmenta općenito, i izvršnih radnika, uspoređujući te odnose između dvije suprotstavljene strukture. Formalna raspodjela moći i ovlasti bitno se razlikuje kod ovih struktura pa se tako razlikuju plitke od dubokih organizacija čije su karakteristike predstavljene u radu. Većina današnjih organizacija ima hijerarhijsku strukturu na čelu koje se nalazi izvršni direktor. Unutar hijerarhijske strukture ustrojeni su sektori i odjeli na čelu kojih se nalaze, također, direktori niže razine koji rukovode organizacijom i donose odluke niže razine. S druge strane, heterarhijske strukture danas se pronalazi kroz velike multinacionalne kompanije, odnosno heterarhijska struktura ima više centara koji samostalno djeluju i funkcioniraju zbog složenosti i veličine organizacije. Abstract (english)
Hierarchy refers to the position in the organization, that is, to the relations of subordination (superiority and subordination). The existence of hierarchies indicates the existence of an authority against which there is a hierarchy or non-hierarchy, that is, a freer and more democratic structure. Hierarchical structure has always been present in all spheres of society and as such is synonymous with setting strict rules and enforcing them. The topic of this final paper therefore... More studies the relationships between higher and lower levels of management in general and executives, comparing these relationships between two more opposing structures. The formal distribution of power and authority differs significantly in these two structures, so they differ shallow from deep organizations whose characteristics are presented in the paper. Most organizations today have a hierarchical structure headed by an executive director. Within the hierarchical structure, there are sectors and departments headed by lower-level directors who manage the organization and make lower-level decisions. On the other hand, we find heteroarchic structures today through large multinational companies, ie the heteroarchic structure has several centers that operate and function independently. Less
