Abstract
U modernom poslovnom okruženju javlja se dodatna potreba za upravljanjem ljudskim potencijalima. Upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima važan je segment svakog poslovanja, jer ono poduzeće koje ima kvalitetne zaposlenike odolijeva konkurentskim izazovima i ostvaruje poslovni uspjeh. O važnosti ljudskih potencijala raspravljalo se još u 18. stoljeću kada je otac ekonomije - Adam Smith, počeo isticati važnost obrazovanja zaposlenika. Prilikom zapošljavanja u poduzeće, zaposlenici podliježu... More različitim vrstama testiranja čiji rezultati određuju da li će kandidat biti raspoređen na radno mjesto ili ne. Sve ranije navedeno vrši se kako bi se proveo selekciji postupak. Selekcijski postupak i provođenje testiranja je nužno kako bi se u radni odnos primile osobe koje imaju potrebne vještine i sposobnosti za određeno radno mjesto. Motivacija zaposlenika je dio poslovne strategije svakog uspješnog poduzeća, a postiže se na različite načine. Motivacija zaposlenika je izuzetno važna za rad, jer motivirani i uspješni zaposlenici ostvaruju pozitivne rezultate koji utječu na poslovanje poduzeća. Uspješan menadžer za motiviranje zaposlenika mora primjenjivati sustav nagrađivanja, a dosadašnja provedena istraživanja ukazuju na to kako primarni čimbenik koji utječe na motiviranost zaposlenika je povećanje plaće. U završnom radu definiran je sustav motiviranja, teorije motivacije te je prikazan primjer dobre poslovne prakse na poduzeću Heiniken Hrvatska d.o.o. Less
Abstract (english)
In the modern business environment, there is an additional need for human resource management. Human resource management is an important segment of any business, because a company that has quality employees resists competitive challenges and achieves business success. The importance of human resources was discussed as early as the 18th century when the father of economics, Adam Smith, began to emphasize the importance of employee education. When hiring in a company, employees share... More different types of tests whose results determine whether a candidate will be assigned to a job or not. All of the above is done in order to carry out the selection procedure. The selection process and testing is necessary in order to hire people who have the necessary skills and abilities for a particular job. Employee motivation is part of the business strategy of any successful company, and is achieved in different ways. Employee motivation is extremely important for work, because motivated and successful employees achieve positive results that affect the company's operations. A successful employee motivation manager must apply a reward system, and research conducted so far indicates that the primary factor influencing employee motivation is salary increases. The final paper defines the system of motivation, motivation theory and presents an example of good business practice at the company Heiniken Hrvatska d.o.o. Less
