Abstract | 2020. je godina. Sve više sfera života i poslovanja je digitalizirano. Živi se u vremenu u kojemu
je internet zapravo nužan. On omogućuje pouzdanu razmjenu podataka, lak pronalazak
informacija, ali služi i kao veoma učinkovito sredstvo komunikacije. Svima je poznato kako je
internet postao neophodan i neizostavan čimbenik kako privatno tako i poslovno. Većina
poslovnih subjekata okrenulo se poslovanju putem interneta. Tehnologija svakim danom ruši
svoje granice i podiže standarde. U budućnosti će se broj poslovnih subjekata na internetu
neupitno povećati. Ovaj rad govori što je to poslovni model, što je to e-poslovanje, dok se u
najvećoj mjeri bazira na internetskim poslovnim modelima, konkretno B2C i C2C koje
predstavljaju Sport Vision i eBay. Navode se njihove glavne karakteristike, objašnjavaju na koji
način posluju, koje su njihove prednosti i nedostaci, koji je njihov asortiman te tko je njihova
ciljna skupina. U konačnici napravljena je usporedba ova 2 modela gdje na površinu izlaze sve
njihove sličnosti i razlike. U svrhu ovog rada napravljen je kratak online upitnik koji će pokazati
što njegovi ispitanici misle o navedenim poslovnim modelima, koliko su im zapravo poznati,
kakva imaju iskustva s njima, kako gledaju na njih, te u konačnici koji im je od ta 2 pristupačniji,
sigurniji, kvalitetniji, draži i bolji. |
Abstract (english) | It's 2020. More aspects of life and business is digitized. We live in a time where internet is
necessary. Internet provides data exchange, easy finding of informations, but it also serves as
efficient way of communication. Everyone knows how internet became necessary factor, both in
private and business life. Most businesses have turned to online business. Technology is pushing
its boundaries and raising standards every day. In the future, numbers of businesses online will
greatly increase. This work shows what is exactly business model, what is business online, while
it's largely based on Internet business models, more specifically, B2C and C2C which represent
Sport Vision and eBay. Their main characteristics are stated, explaining on what way they do
business, what are advantages and disadvantages, what's their assortment and their target group.
Finally, a comparison of these 2 models is made where their similarities and differences come to
the surface. For the purpose of this work, a short online questionnaire was made which will show
what its respondents think about the stated business models, how much they are actually familiar
with it, what experiences they have with them, how they look at them, and ultimately which of
these 2 is more accessible, safer, better quality, dearer and better. |
