Abstract
Polazno stajalište u izradi ovog završnog rada je obrađivanje teme znanja i upravljanjem znanja u organizaciji. Društvo znanja očekuje od organizacije da se ono oplemenjuje i nadograđuje sukladno poslovanju. Ljudski potencijal danas nudi više nego ikada, a upravo zbog velikog izbora ljudskog potencijala, organizacije očekuju da se ponudi kvalitetno znanje koje se može implementirati u poslovanju, društvu i zajednici koju čini ta organizacija. Temelj uspjeha svake organizacije je kvalitetno... More upravljanje ljudima, a vođenje i upravljanje znanjem tih ljudi dovodi do ekonomskog i društvenog blagostanja. Znanje ne obuhvaća samo ono stečeno prilikom obrazovanja, znanje se u velikoj mjeri gradi iskustvom i situacijama koje zahtijevaju snalažljivost. Iako se za svaku osobu može reći kako posjeduje barem neko znanje, može se također spomenuti kako postoje osobe s izuzetnim znanjem, ali ga često u društvu ne znaju implementirati jer nemaju razvijene socijalne vještine. Upravo zbog različitih karaktera, svakoj organizaciji bi se cilj trebao ostvariti individualnim vođenjem i podržavanjem znanja pojedinca. Less
Abstract (english)
The starting point in the preparation of this final paper is to address the topic of knowledge and knowledge management in the organization. The knowledge society expects the organization to refine and upgrade it in accordance with the business. Today, human potential offers more than ever, and precisely because of the large selection of human potential, organizations expect to offer quality knowledge that can be implemented in the business, society and community that makes up that... More organization. The foundation of the success of any organization is quality HR management, leading and managing the knowledge of these people leads to economic and social well-being. Knowledge does not only include what is acquired during education, knowledge is largely built through experience and situations that require resourcefulness. Although, it can be said that every person has at least some knowledge, it can also be mentioned that there are people with exceptional knowledge, but often they do not know how to implement it in society because they do not have developed social skills.
