Abstract | Procese uočavanja poslovnih prilika ponajprije vežemo uz skeniranje okruženja i
praćenje trendova, no jednako je važna i sama osoba poduzetnika, odnosno njene
vještine, motivacija i ponašanje u procesima uočavanja poslovnih prilika. Cilj ovog
završnog rada je, pomoću platna Greena (2015), prikazati važnost upravo navedenih
osobina i vještina. U radu će poći od definiranja poslovne ideje i poslovne prilike jer se
navedeni pojmovi najčešće pogrešno smatraju sinonimima. Osim analize
poduzetničkih vještina, osobina i ponašanja, neophodnih za uočavanje poslovnih
prilika, opisat će se i različiti alati za generiranje poslovnih ideja i uočavanje poslovnih
prilika. Preostali elementi tog modela, stanje industrije, struktura industrije,
makroekonomske promjene, inovacije vrijednosti i identifikacija prilike te konkurencija,
odnose se na procjenu industrije i granu djelatnosti za koju se poduzetnik opredjeljuje.
Poduzetničke vještine (osobine) obuhvaćaju strast prema poslu, fokus na proizvod i
kupca, upornost i implementaciju. Poduzetnička motivacija obuhvaća
samoučinkovitost, kognitivnu motivaciju i toleranciju prema dvosmislenom, a
poduzetničko ponašanje uključuje samopouzdanje, odnos prema riziku,
interpersonalne vještine i socijalni kapital. U praktičnom dijelu rada, na primjeru
analize vlastitih poduzetničkih osobina, vještina i ponašanja, dat će se zaključak o
važnosti navedenih karakteristika poduzetnika za uočavanje poslovne prilike koja ima
potencijal rasta i razvoja. |
Abstract (english) | We primarily connect the processes of perceiving business opportunities with scanning
the environment and following trends, but the person of the entrepreneur is equally
important, his skills, motivation, and behaviour in the processes of perceiving business
opportunities. The aim of this final paper is, using the Green canvas (2015), to show
the importance of the just mentioned traits and skills. The paper will start from the
definition of a business idea and business opportunity, because the mentioned terms
are most often mistaken for synonyms. In addition to the analysis of entrepreneurial
skills, traits, and behaviours necessary to spot business opportunities, various tools for
generating business ideas and spotting business opportunities will be described. The
remaining elements of this model, the state of the industry, the structure of the industry,
macroeconomic changes, value innovations and the identification of opportunities and
competition, relate to the assessment of the industry and the branch of activity for
which the entrepreneur opts. Entrepreneurial skills (traits) include passion for the job,
focus on the product and the customer, persistence, and implementation.
Entrepreneurial motivation encompasses self-efficacy, cognitive motivation, and
tolerance of ambiguity, and entrepreneurial behaviour includes self-confidence,
risktaking, interpersonal skills, and social capital. In the practical part of the paper, on the
example of the analysis of their own entrepreneurial characteristics, skills and
behaviours, a conclusion will be given about the importance of these characteristics of
entrepreneurs to identify business opportunities that have the potential for growth and
development. |
