Abstract
Komunikacijska i informacijska tehnologija postali su temelj funkcioniranja svake organizacije. Razvojem komunikacijske tehnologije informacije postaju lako dostupne, komunikacija postaje brža i efikasnija, te je vrlo jednostavno stupiti u kontakt sa bilo kojom osobom neovisno gdje se nalazi. Komunikacija se odvija kroz prijenos informacija od pošiljatelja do primatelja, esencijalna je za interno funkcioniranje organizacije jer implementira i povezuje upravljačke funkcije. U svakoj... More organizaciji postoji određena organizacijska struktura koja se sastoji od različitih razina menadžmenta. Poslovna komunikacija može biti usmena, pismena, neverbalna i elektronska. Usmena komunikacija ukida barijere tromosti prijenosa informacija i usavršava poslovni komunikacijski tijek. Pismena komunikacija služi trajnom zapisu načela, politika i pravila za vođenje organizacije. Tradicionalni primjeri pisane komunikacije su i dalje zastupljeni, no elektronska komunikacija je postala primarni način prenošenja informacija, te predstavljaju dio suvremenog načina komuniciranja. Kako bi organizacije opstale na kompetitivnom tržištu, potrebno je uspostaviti pravi komunikacijski poslovni sustav koji uključuje odgovarajuću organizacijsku strukturu i implementaciju što većeg broja komunikacijskih sredstava, jer svaka posjeduje određene prednosti i nedostatke, te se na taj način međusobno nadopunjuju. Abstract (english)
Communication and information technology have become the functioning foundation of any organization. With the development of communication technology, information becomes easily accessible, communication becomes faster and more efficient, and it is very easy to get in touch with any person regardless of where they are located. Communication takes place through the transmission of information from senders to recipients, it is essential for the internal functioning of organizations ... More because it implements and connects management functions. In every organization there is a certain organizational structure consisting of different levels of management. Business communication can be oral, written, non-verbal and electronic. Oral communication removes barriers of information transfer and improves business communication flow. Written communication serves as a permanent record of the principles, policies, and rules for running organizations. Traditional examples of written communications are still present, but electronic communication has become the primary way of transmitting information, which is part of the modern way of communication. In order for organizations to survive in a competitive market, it is necessary to establish a real communication business system that includes an appropriate organizational structure and implementation of as many communication tools as possible, because each has certain advantages and disadvantages, and thus complement each other.
